Yes, Fabrizio Faniello also represented Malta in 2001 - finished 9th, I think. I'm really not sure about Croatia. The Eastern part of Europe will definitely vote for it, but I cannot see it receiving top grades from the Western countries. It should be top 5, though. My guess for a winner would be Germany or Greece. An outsider to the top 5 could be Finland!!!!!!

This song is in my top 10 this year :D It's very catchy and summerish - but I'm not sure if they will go through to the final :( What I DO know is that you'll get points from Denmark!

One of my faves from that year! AMAZING :D She couldn't have won, though - since she used a recorded choir, which isn't allowed, since only six background singers are allowed... If she had got the most votes, the song in 2nd place would have won...

What I particulary liked about the orignal version was the intro, which has changed now :( I hope she will sing half English/half Macedonian (??), because the English version definitely isn't as strong as the first one IMO. Besides Shakira it reminds me of Vesna Pisarovic "Everything I Want" from Croatia 2002 - and I think Elena will do just about as good as Vesna did. She's still in my top 10 at least :)
