Wondered if this was available?

Want to download Headlines, but want to make sure it counts didnt know if it was only certain sites that get counted in chart numbers.....

I have bought my CD of Headlines ( which i really like) but though this is a basic question when does this count... i am assuming its a pre-sale and won't count untill next weeks charts.... but my point was, is there a way of knowing what the pre-sales on headlines are?
