  1. Just wanted to say thanks for keeping me informed on over half the stuff Gorillaz have done for the past 3 years.
  2. The Beatles are one of the greatest rock bands of all time, however, their musical style was the greatest of it's decade - the 1960s. Had they reunited, they would've still been popular, but a large majority of their album sales would come from old fans, with a minority of new ones. Take for instance The Eagles, one of the greatest rock bands of the 1970s. Recently they released a new album, their first in over 20 years. It's selling, but a large percentage of the fans listened to them in the 70s. Same for the Rolling Stones. If you didn't listen to them then, you probably won't listen to them now. It's better to just either break-up or stop making music completely than to become a has-been. Sad, but true.
  3. Michael Jackson dosen't need guest performers on his albums, especially not from Kanye. The man thinks he's a living god or something and crys like a baby everytime he dosen't win an award.
  4. I'm looking forward to MJ's next album. I don't care what people call him, Michael is still an awesome musician.
  5. Excuse me for not being around during the Britpop days, or even being British for that matter, but I'm pretty sure that Oasis vs. Blur battle ended over a decade ago, and Noel and Liam are still talking about it? Talk about living in the past.
  6. 2J? From Gorillaz Unofficial?
  7. The Universal, hands down.
  8. I'm used to it. You should check out the Gorillaz.com forums some time.
  9. I love The Good The Bad And The Queen. Favorite songs are Herculean, the title track, and Kingdom of Doom.
  10. As a teenage boy, I'd have to say Noodle, mainly because the others are either male, dead, or just plain ugly. Still, the idea of cartoon sex disturbs me.
  11. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/6/6a/Kingkong_bigfinal1.jpg/404px-Kingkong_bigfinal1.jpg For obvious reasons...
  12. Blur - The Universal Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc.
  13. I've already pre-ordered the deluxe edition of Amazon.com. It will be arriving on Tuesday. I'm so excited!
  14. Leisure was the first Blur album, so it's obviously not quite as good as the follow-ups. The Great Escape had it's moments though. I still say Think Tank is the only bad Blur album. It's simply not Blur without Graham's and his guitar.
