Just backtracking from the last thread, i didn't think it was so unbelieveable for a song to climb into the top five on itunes after a performance to 8 million.

Well it surprised me.

Very poor climb for the sats really, i expected it to go top 5 on itunes. These girls are no longer 'hot' i fear.

Its dissappointing when you compare to previous sales but i think a flop is a bit extreme, plenty of money will have been made on the back of it so it can't really be called a flop. no1gagafans sig is stretching my page :(

It would have been interesting to compare how well wordshaker would have done if girls aloud had released an album last year too. I thought the saturdays would explode this year because of basically zero competition, but maybe they suffered from having no girl band fever because of so few girl bands releasing albums at the same time. Regardless, terrible chart run for them, should have done so much better.

The crazy girls aloud fans were being crazy buying multiple downloads when it was originally out and that couldnt even shift them up from 11 to 10.

I think it will go back in top ten but does DOI really get 10 million viewers!? I thought more like 7 or 8.
