outlook, thanks for doing that animation.

Love it, i went top 3 though its probably more like top 5. And jark, couldnt agree more, dont think hard would work here and fire bomb and photographs would be great singles.

Not same.

All these famous young people dying is awful, this year alone, jade goody, stephen gately, now brittany murphy :(

Really pleased for RAGE

If it was an estimate, why dod you state it as a definate fact? Oh anyway.

When i said get real, i was meaning like how did they get to know info so early. I'm not saying its impossible for joe to be no1 by 50,000 copies.

Get real.

I'm sure sony rubs its hands together everyday of the year lol

Man, i didnt know so many guests read this? Do we think a link to this has been posted somewhere big?

I really cant see alexandra or cheryl having a number one with their singles, i think joe will sell well into january.

Oh and another point to make, physicals would do a whole lot better if they were stocked in all the shops that joe is stocked in. If supermarkets stocked physicals, sales of them would rocket. Its so easy to pop something in a trolley while you are walking round a supermarket, its a whole lot more effort to go into your local town and walk right into the back corner of some hmv shop somewhere and queue up to pay for one single item.

Lol, like theres a small difference between working class and being a billionaire. Simon cowell is not a billionaire, thats ridiculous.

The uk is hardly anti-american is it. Especially when it comes to music.

Its so sad for mini viva, really hope there next single does well. Aslong as we get an album, thats all that matters to me. Such a fresh and fun new act.

Yay for cheryl :D No comment on mini viva :(

Rihannas album is not doing well atall :(

I am not the biggest alexandra fan but she was amazing on paul o grady. Its a much better song than bad boys.

Can i ask an honest question, why are you always so negative in situations like this? You were the same when the black eyed peas were battling it out with leona, for the first half of the week you said BEP would never do it and look what happened there. RATM is still no1 in the mids and their lead is increasing on itunes.

RATM has a huge lead on joe now, its crazy really!

I think a lot of people are misinterpreting what this campaign is about, for most people, its not about doing a young geordie out of a number one, nobody has anything against joe in particular. Its all about the hope that someone beating the xfactor winner will finally bring a proper xmas no1 competition again, some of the best songs of all time have been xmas number ones, none of them being xfactor winning songs. Joe being no1 will have no effect on how well he does in the future, its all just a silly charade that has got tiresome. The winner of the same show obviously going no1 every year. Its boring basically.

Surely joe was bound to gain a little today with all the pre orders of the physical single? (i presume pre orders were being taken as soon as joe was announced as the winner?) I still think and hope RATM will do it (even though it will still be a rubbish xmas no1 in itself)

People keep saying the physical is selling well because they have seen loads of people buying it but surely downloads cant be seen when being bought really and downloads for RATM seem to be increasing. I really don't think the physical will save joe. And also, to the people saying joe deserves this etc, its such a superficial thing, whether he is no1 or not will have absolutely zero effect on his career as a music artist.

A lot of people in here today!

Joe's download sales are only going to fall now. I doubt physicals will make much difference, especially if they are 3.99!
