Who said there was only room for 3 girl groups? Girls aloud arent even releasing any music at the moment, the saturdays are the only main uk girl group act to have a new album out at the moment so they should be steaming ahead really.

Well like i said, i dont know why the warnings dont get used, especially to members who join up one week and just cause none stop trouble. Its a bit like a mother saying to her child - if you do that five more times, well, you'll get a finger wagged at you. In all honesty, i dont blame people for not paying attention to the rules.

I love how people get warned about 5 times before getting an official warning on this forum - its quite amusing (and pointless). There's little point in having a go at the person who said they wanted the xmas songs to push the sugababes out the top 40, thats pretty standard chat for here. No-one is exempt just because it your favourite artist.

I'm really surprised that cheryls album is doing better than alexandras. Its good though :D

The success of songs does not run in tandom with your personal definition of ''appaling''. Some, as in a lot of people do actually like/love it. If they buy it, it could get to no1, whether you think it's appaling is irrelevant.

I would say that because its true :rolleyes: I'm amazed at the people who think just because i am fan of GA, means i give a s**t about the success of other artists. I really don't find it that important to be so vindictive ya know? There's more things in life to have grudges against than other music artists.

I keep looking for that in the update too! I actually thought it must have been a new single for charity or something because i havent heard the circus. TT have already had 3 big singles from the album though and the album has sold so well already so i guess thats the answer. But yeh, its very good.

Man, that sats vs sugas debate was boring to sift through. I think both acts are doing pretty mediocre tbh. FIO and AAG both did ok, nothing more. The sats album has sold appalingly and i can't see sweet 7 selling well atall, lets face it, it doesnt look great for either act right now.

Why do people say "if it wasnt cheryl, it would flop"? Surely almost every artist on the market sells partly because of who they are?

I went for top 3, its much better than FFTL, should climb a bit on itunes after the cheryl show thing next weekend. Its an incredibly deep, classy and romantic song. I can understand why people don't get this though, i think if you dislike either cheryl or will.i.am, you arent going to like it because its not just a tune, i think the artists and their personalities are important for a song like this to work. But its already popular and is going to be big anyway.
