I hate to say it but this is probably my least favourite album of hers 😬 It’s a solid piece of work but it’s all very “pleasant”, and doesn’t have any of the massive highs that every other album has. Nevertheless, happy birthday glory xo

Selfishly, if they could’ve held off revealing the news until late tomorrow night, she’d have been in prime contention for #1 next week 😂 But her potentially biggest streaming days being the back end of this week probably won’t help!

To be fair, the second album are all covers so they aren’t too bad to bop along to as most of them are recognisable! As for the first album, Shame On You and particularly 7 Billion are both rather pleasant! ❤️

Yeah she had a fair few singles from both albums tbf but obviously none of them charted and I didn’t want to clutter this competition with her B-rate tripe 🤭 So she got a token addition! Having said that, she’s still released a fair few decent singles from both albums. If the interest was there, we could do a Claire Solo competition (but I doubt it would be) 😂

Let’s be honest now, they were all eliminated for a very good reason

I do love Too Far Gone and All Out Of Love fairly equally so it is hard to choose. HOWEVER, I must admit I hadn’t really listened to AOOL for a while (until this competition started), whereas I suppose i do still play TFG from time to time. Saturday 29th August : BBC1 6:20pm Lee Latchford-Evans - Alan Carr’s Picture Slam (celebrity special) (He appears to be partnered with Kelle Bryan from Eternal!)

I just thought it would be a good opportunity to make a thread to mention any upcoming TV appearances the members of steps have lined up in case people wanted to see them. I know I tend to watch an episode of a quiz show if I know one of them are going to make an appearance This may be a little after the horse has bolted as certain members seem to have exhausted tv quiz specials (Ms Richards I am looking at you!) but nevertheless I’m sure they’ll all crop up from time to time! So feel free to post any updates as/when you find out about any, either solo or as a band!
