Doctor Who - Series 5
... regardless, anything lose in the forest would also have fallen in and the trees whilst rooted would have bowed towards it. i watched it twice, last night and again this morning, i can onlyfind negetive points to make as it left me cold.... unlike last week, which i quite enjoyed. i expect last second rescues...that goes with the territory but the cliche girly tripping over in the wood whilst being chased was just -_- .

Doctor Who - Series 5
i couldnt DISAGREE more.... imho it lost its direction, continuity was awful (had he a coat on or not?) dont like river song...ugly... silly cliche 'girly trips in the wood' and is rescued at the last minute, ridiculous seduction scene, the angels supposed to move quickly but their heads turned slowly... they fell into the light after the gravity was off but the trees/leaves/branches stood still! matt smith still showing tennant traits.... i could go on...

UK General Election 2010 thread
hmm... i have to admitt that the idiot public are being taken in by the slimy boy cameron and his unsubstantiated claims that he can lead britain into economic prosperity. its looking like he will do better then i expected/wanted, but i still dont expect a workable majority.

i only rate emma (and thats just 'ok') cant abide mel c's voice and her lyrics can be bloody embarrassingly bad.

EastEnders ·
but i dont watch it very often, and often its just background noise, so i hardly know her... i thought highlighting her predicament was good, but the actors left me cold so i personally wasnt moved by it. i feel more for corries tyrone who is on course for disaster. there may well be youths who talk like fatboy, i detest them, ok eastenders probably should have characters like that in it as i suspect the real eastend does, but it doesnt make for pleasant viewing.

oh dear..... what a pratt!

EastEnders ·
its called being objective. generally i like soaps, generally i keep my eye on all of them because all from time to time get great storylines that grip you. i accept that fans really liked this storyline, it was interesting, but tbh i havnt known amira long enough to like/dislike her character. eastenders is often on whilst we cook, or to 'fill' between other favoured programmes, it does capture us sometimes but more often then not recently it doesnt. whats with that guy with the speech impediment? who tf thinks HE makes for good viewing?

Tears for Fears
tbh i only liked 'mad world'... the rest was pretty ordinary imho

EastEnders ·
whilst i dont disagree with what you say....i simply didnt care, true the acting and script was pretty much as good as it could get, but i guess my problem with the characters on eastenders is that i simply dont like them, i wouldnt have them as my m8s, i wouldnt chose conversation with them. (unlike the characters in my favoured soap). the thing we found abit daft... why would syed destroy amiras life and that of his family if he wasnt going to go the whole hog and end up with christian? all that upset for nothing? ive been through divorce, i can relate to the turmoil - which path shall i chose?, if you are going to cause so much upset...then there HAS to be a result, otherwise its all for nothing. so the conclusion imho didnt make sense.
