Can any of the mods or admins let me know either way whether I can share ? Obviously I don't want to encourage anyone to download 'illegally' and I hope no-one does as I want her to be No 1 when it comes out Monday week :-)

looks like 1 performance of 1 song may just get a re-release album to no 1 !! (if not 1 then certainly top 5 !) Taking this into account along with what has happened on Irish iTunes its pretty clear if Run had been available on UK iTunes then it would have stormed no1........ but of course the album would have done less well. ps Run available on Limewire for any illegal downloaders amongst you ?

Thats how the UK iTunes would look by now if it had been released when they said originally. IMO it could have broken her own record for number of downloads in 24 hours. Simon said all that needed saying...... "incredible, absolutely incredible". i thought some of her live performances during X factor 2 years ago were as close to perfection as you can get but you can always do better and this performance has proved that perfection is no longer the limit for Leona !! this song has the potential to be bigger worldwide than Bleeding Love by a country-mile. Does Simon know what he's unleashed ?

Breathtaking performance. I don't know how anyone could do ANY song better. Certainly showed up the current bunch of hopefuls (and MC from last week !! ). It left me speechless Saturday, not often Simon is so completely blown away. I predicted Friday it would be No1 but I'll change my mind... like lots of others have done if the voting/poll is anything to go by...... I now predict number 1 before anyone can blink once its released. Awesome song by SP, arranged and sung to perfection by the very gifted Leona. Should be an unstoppable combination.

Thats a good point. And of course some will buy the deluxe album so standalone downloads. I'll stick my neck out though and say it will reach number 1........ at least on iTunes anyway. If she doesn't perform it on X factor then I predict just about top10. Slightly off-topic....... will any of the XFactor mob do a Leona song as its best of British this week ? Alex - Bleeding Love ? I'd love to see Diana do Duffy's mercy ?

Saturday's appearance on X factor may well push Forgive Me back up the charts and if she's doing this song too (but I thought she was saving this for DivasII on 23rd) then it could well overtake FM and maybe even get to number1.......... afterall there are 10million+ people watching Xfactor. This is the kind of song/material the majority of Leona fans want from her (IMO), its the perfect showcase for her amazing vocal agility, power and accuracy.

sorry I wanted to ask Martin/Mikey if he knew the last time a UK artist had No1 single and albums in US ? and on debut ?

apart from David there seems little support for the UKs best singer right now. returning to No 1 in singles and a debut No 1 in albums in the US is no mean feat (even if they are selling the album cheap (unsubstanstianted)). No2 in UK after 23 weeks says lot. why the haters when we have such a talant ? we should be supporting her? Leona is a phenominal singer, espescially live and if we can't see that over here, we have to hand it to our US friends as they obviously can !!

Is mention of American charts (Billboard) considered 'off-topic' ? If not then do you have access to any info supporting a rumour I've just heard that Leona will likely do the double this week, topping Singles and album charts ? Please.

Am i right to think Billboard Hot 100 is published on Wednesdays each week ? but at what time ? Want to see if Mimi knocks Leona off the top. The irony for Leona if she does......... knocked off top spot by one of her idols !

Don't think it Leona using charity tactics. More likely Comic Relief using Leona tactics, making the most of her massive appeal as 1 of the biggest selling artists in the UK right now. If you want to make money for a charity get someone on board who will sell the most singles possible. Good choice Sports/Comic relief, hope it raises a lot of money. Hope it stays at number 1 for a good few weeks and not just because its for charity.
