  1. Just looked on my local cinema website and we're not getting it until the 19th December. Grrr. Loved the books though so i'm really excited about seeing the film!
  2. I think McFly are just starting their career as self-made artists. I think the fact that they were brave enough to start their own record label deserves a bit of recognition. And obviously they were going to promote Do Ya more than Stay With Me because Do Ya was a song that they had written. Corrupted or POV for the next release :D
  3. I didn't want to watch this as i don't really like any of the main characters, But my sister was watching it so i ended up catching most of the first episode. Didn't think it was as good as it was made out to be.
  4. I bought this yesterday, It's incredible!! Obviously none of the songs are as epic as their old hits... Paradise City, Sweet Child Of Mine... etc, But its a good album :)
  5. I don't know, I hope not, I really like Angels and Airwaves!
  6. 10 Things I Hate About You... as mentioned before. My favourite film. Also, A Walk To Remember, based on a book by Nicholas Sparks (who also wrote the book version of The Notebook).
  7. Majorly lame but somehow really good too!
  8. Part of me really wants to see them re-unite. But i don't want them to do it just for the fans, I think they need to think about it. There's been WAY too many reunions lately. I'm just glad that Travis is ok (:
  9. I'm really hoping to see them live, I can imagine it would be amazing!
  10. Exactly, i don't mind bands covering The Cure, but not someone as lame as Good Charlotte!! And i can't actually get over the fact that he said about Robert Smith writing it for him!
  11. Unfortunately i'm serious about Good Charlotte covering The Cure. They sang Love Song... badly. And Joel (the lead singer) was all like, OMG i feel that Robert Smith wrote this song for me about my little girl (he recently had that child with Nicole Richie).
  12. Exactly. Unfortunately because i'm only 17 i wasn't a fan of The Cure before, and for a while i only listened to My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy etc. However, now that i listen to The Cure i can't take any of them bands seriously, And what really annoyed me was when i was at a Good Charlotte gig and they actually sang one of The Cure's songs! That made me realise the difference between the two bands.
  13. Yeah i know what you mean, But no one's gonna have the presence of The Cure.
  14. You can vote on the readers top 10, then the readers top 20 is going to be featured in NME in a few weeks. I'm hoping Noel Fielding gets a mention, at the minute he's only number 7, what is wrong with the world?! :o
  15. Grr i can't stand her. Its getting to the stage that when its time for her performance i actually change the channel. Her voice goes right through me, and her hand movements are SOOOO frustrating. Eoghan or JLS to win!
  16. This album is immense, I love the fact that they're not swayed by the new music thats around and they still keep the rawness of The Cure.
  17. I agree with Ozmead, She may not have the best voice in the world but i like that she's a little bit different, Though her earlier stuff is much better than her new album imo.
  18. Oh no. :nono: I honestly cannot stand any more of this girl, i mean, what talent does she actually have? Grrr. I wish she would just stop trying to act/sing etc and actually do something good for the world.
  19. Like everything released by Fightstar... I love this! ^_^
  20. I'm happy he's releasing a new song, it's been ages since Leavin' :( But i'm not sure about It's Over as being the second single, i like it as a song but its another quite slow one and i think people need to see Jesse's more uptempo side, Rock You or How Do You Sleep should be released imo. ^_^
  21. I know i commented here the other week saying that i really liked this, but after listening to it a few times i'm already getting frustrated with Hayley's vocals. She should stick to doing more uptempo songs as i think her voice suits songs like Misery Business and Let The Flames Begin more than some of the slow songs.

I think maybe she should stick to acting. Her first album, 'Speak' was really good, but then on 'A Little More Personal' her vocals weren't as strong, and whoever decided to release Confessions of a Broken Heart as a single needs shooting.
  23. Love this song, so glad its going to be the next single :cheer: But i didn't think they would release a song like this because its quite slow, i was expecting something a little bit faster tbh.

I love The Hills! ^_^ Prefered Laguna Beach though, but thats just because Audrina wasn't in it, and i don't like her!
  25. Saw You Me At Six last night, it was awesome! They played about half an hour, but not many people knew their songs :( Oh well... us people at the front of the mosh were enjoying it! ^_^
