I've downloaded the album and it's amazing, he is similar to Kanye in that he raps about social situations but still has some fun tracks too! There's another track on the album with Matthew Santos called "Fighters" and I think it's better than "Superstar"

I saw this film last night and it completly blew me away. It chilled me to the core and I was on the edge of my seat throughout the whole thing. The guy that portrayed the serial killer displayed one of the best performances I've seen this year (so far) his logic was so warped in the way he justified his killings. it's been nominated for 8 oscar's so it should to well. How many Oscar's has "American Gangster" been nominated for?

What a great topic I was affraid people had forgotten about Aaliyah's talent. She wasn't a pretender like a lot of the R&B girls who have come out in the last 5 years claiming to be the real thing. (Lumidi springs to mind) I have all the Aaliyah albums accept for Ultimate Aaliyah. My fav singles are - "Try again" "We need a resolution" "More than a woman" "4 page letter" "If your girl only knew" and "I don't wanna" off the Romeo must die sound track. My fav vid was try again where she's dancing with her cain, to this day I'm trying to get abs like that! I can never forget the song "Down with the click" because that's when I sat up and took notice. :wub:

I love the Barry White warbling Timbo does at the end of this song, it's hilarious. I hope he releases Bounce soon the funniest line in that song is Dr. Dre's "I've got a bungalo, we can disappear for a week or so!!" It'd take a lot more than a bungalow to get me to go away, maybe a cottage in cornwall - ha ha The ski mask thing is scaring me wtf, do they wear them throughout the whole video?

Timbaland is more experimental than Diddy and pioneered the way for up and coming producers like the neptunes in the early days. Diddy put out some great hits but it was all under the "Ghetto fabulous" vibe which made me feel sick!! ;) :puke2: It was Timbo's year last year I just hope his creative juices haven't run dry!

I completely forgot about beaches. I nearly flooded the room out when I watched that. Mac and me made me cry and short circuit I doubt anyone would remember them especially Mac and me I miss his little pop belly!!!!

I agree with the comments that the film seemed to borrow heavily from other films - 28 days later, 30 days of night, vanilla sky etc. The ending was cheesy and I felt like the film wanted to force you to squeeze a tear out at the end rather than just let it be. Me and my mate rolled our eyes when that woman said she didn't know who Bob Marley was, everybody knows who Bob Marley is and it reminded me off when Brian from Big Brother said he didn't know who Shakespeare was! Come off it. The thing that niggles me about I am Legend is that I can't decide whether Will Smith over acted or not, I've been thinking about this for days and I can't help but smell the desperation of an Oscar nod coming off the screen when he acts in his more serious roles. I do love Will Smith but something didn't sit well about his performance. What did you all think? Overacting or a powerful performance?

Great topic, Untamed hearts with Marisa Tomei and christian Slater makes me blub uncontrolably, the ending is so unfair and even though I know what's going to happen I always wish it would turn out differently (silly I know!) True Romance :heart: (Christian Slater theme going on here) is amazing the unconventional way Alabama and Clarence love each other just maks me think would my guy take a bullet for me? I think not! ha And lastly Forest Gump Tom hanks "Jennie why don't you love me" gets me everytime I'm going to get a roll of andrex now! :cry:

Which movies to people think Justin acted the best in? As a huge fan I'm ashamed to say I've only seen him in "Alpha Dog" and he was amazing in that especially near the end when he's wrestling with whether he should do the right thing or go along with his gang members plan. he really tapped into the emotion that his character had to express. Has anyone seen " Black Snake Moan" I really want to see him in that :D :yahoo:

I'm shocked that the studios are even bothering to release some of these no brainers! Surely people must be getting tired of the same dross being rehashed and repackaged for the sake of a quick buck! "Fast and the furious" I thought they were all locked away in the vaults never to see the light of day again. "Saw" what more can possibly be done with this? Say it right is miles better than Umbrella say it right is majestic and haunting when me and my friends hear it we get the shivers and it ain't because we're cold! ha I also think she looks so naturally beautiful in the video and I'm jealous of how up close and personal she's getting to timbaland!! sigh :funky:

I'm gutted I missed that even though I saw him live twice in Manchester. It's the best concert I've ever seen, everyone definitly got their money's worth from that show. Which song did you think he performed the best? My favourite part was when he performed "Chop me up" and Timbaland came out of the stage I was going crazy! I'm going to buy futuresex/Love show or maybe I can download it from somewhere! :cheer:

That's cool, She does look classier as a brunette and I think she looks her most stunning in the video for "Say it right" I'm hoping she collaberates with JT again soon! :P
