Hi Kid Justice Rob Just noticed that it was #35 on last week's airplay chart. I do hear it pretty often on Chiltern and Hereward FM though, which are supposed to feed into the Hit40UK chart. Another one which I hear numerous times is Timbaland/OneRepublic's "Apologise" - which also doesn't go away (this week's #31). I'm surprised Irene Cara's "Flashdance" isn't in the Hit40UK, because that seems to be played numerous times on the above and other commercial stations when I've been driving up and down the country! :)

Firstly, the title of "The Ting Tings" chart hit at number 14 (on the official chart) and number 21 on Hit40UK is appropriate here (w/c 13/07/2008)! An average of 50 people view this topic here each week, with about half of these making use of the "recap", this speaks for itself IMO. There are posts in this and other forums which don't appeal to me and rather than "object", I simply don't read them, as who am I to dictate what others should or shouldn't read? During November in previous years, the Hit40UK has been late in updating its web site and the Christmas chart last year wasn't reported correctly because it wasn't published, which is sort of how this started. Thanks to Shaky Fan for his support and those who make use of this post and sorry it doesn't appeal to you, Kid Justice 08 - but please feel free to check the UKPopCharts web site or this thread the next time the Hit40UK web site hasn't been updated! :)

After a successful "experimental" period, we have decided to produce the Hit40UK chart recap as part of the UKPopCharts portfolio on a weekly basis. We will try to have the recap available by 21:00 hours on the same day as the chart, though this will not always be possible.
