I actually really enjoy the Oasis track, another classic. Absolutely was addicted to the X Files at this moment of my life so nice to see Catatonia having a big hit and proving how big culturally the show was in the 90s!

Ugh why does Alex have to retake this week after a week at 2, either fall and then acr or stay at the top!! Chart history looks awful now. Sabrina looks like getting a second week by default next week.

This is one topic I’m genuinely torn on as I don’t fully understand the repercussion and we may not understand them until real life situations occur which would be a travesty.

The tories will come back they always do, no one is listening to them now because the mistakes of the past still dominate the political landscape but in 3 years events will have moved on and Starmer will be to blame for whatever decisions that are made. The tories also generally are better political communicators than Labour or the left they create simple narratives about complex issues that resonate with the general public who lap it up. The left have to explain things more because it’s not obvious why equality would be better for the whole and in politics when you’re trying to explain yourself you’re losing the arguement.
