What did wham sell the week before the Xmas chart last year? The Xmas chart this year is the furthest it can be from Xmas day is it not? Is it the w/c 12th dec so the weekend before Xmas is the following weekend - could make a big difference and enable the likes of Kylie who is pushing physical products to snatch the no1!

R1 had a ‘Sleigh List’ a few years back but just give spot plays. Means you have to check Sounds to see the Xmas music they are playing!

Yeh a lot over the past 10/15 years they unofficially playlist them but I like to see what they add which is why R2s decision was disappointing last December!

Nice too see an Xmas song actually listed on Capitals playlist, interesting to see if R1/2 follow suit, even R2 stopped playlisting new songs last year for the first time!
