It's not that I have bad taste. I mean, I like trashy meaningless music when it's catchy and I can dance to it in a club - those type of songs are a good laugh when dancing to it with my mates. Unfortunately this song is neither catchy or meaningful - meaning that I can't really sing along to, dance to or appreciate the song on a deeper level. The lyrics are terrible, "Cause you feel like paradise, I need a vacation tonight" and the song as a whole is shallow, "If I said I want your body now".. I guess the point I am making is that it's not a fun song, it's not a meaningful song, and she didn't even write it herself so it seems like Britney is a miming publicity machine being used for the sole purpose of selling records. Songs like "Womanizer" and "Toxic" were much better - they are fun.. this is dire and quite possibly the worst single she has ever released. For the record this isn't supposed to be a dig at Britney - I like her (in the sense that I can respect her as a person - just not as a musician) and have enjoyed listening to many of her songs, it's this particular song I dislike.

It's definitely being played loads in the clubs, we hear it in every club we go to (And that's lots of clubs as we're first year uni students)...

You're assuming that all those 2,000 people would be willing to pay 79p or 99p for the tracks..

Don't see why, unless Syco make it so, that they would be ineligable to chart. It's just like Glee, the OCC can't say "oh no, we don't like the music that you are buying so we're not going to include it in the chart".
