Surely in the update tomorrow Bieber will be at least 5000 ahead

I'm sure Lily was higher than number 11 on iTunes!

Surely Louisa won't be top5 given she is dropping every hour on iTunes and the initial sympathy buying of her CD should reduce after tomorrow

Number 1 is number 1, BTW was on the back of FM, the singles from BTW weren't that accepted. She'll probably have to claw back fans with some good single choices like Gypsy and G.U.Y. I think it has legs because the songs aren't as dark as those on BTW.

I think on Friday JLS will increase their lead, it is CIN night and they are the ones with the official CIN single. It would say a lot about TT and their fans if they beat a charity single in the 2nd week of release, if they had shown any integrity they would've promoted last week not this week. SMH

I think TT is more likely to fade as the week goes on, JLS are in the first week and CiN promo will give them an unattainable lead. Also, I think it would look pretty bad if TT beat the official CiN single in their 2nd week of release.

JLS will beat them, they do so well anyway, but being the official CiN single will give them an unattainable boost, I think.

Rihanna deserves to retain her #1 position Sunday if she keeps this iTunes domination. TT's physicals were probably front loaded on Monday.

If TT aren't #1 this week, they won't be next week, JLS and Westlife are also performing on X Factor on Sunday and won't already have 80k+ of sales this week.

Obviously Take That will be #1 sometime today, but perhaps it won't be as monster a hit as we thought, it will still be big of course.

I'm sure it was all calculated to the nth degree anyway, with Simon Cowell's tinkering.

Only because Rihanna wasn't in the UK to promote, had both songs been performed on X Factor last Sunday I think RiRi would've snatched it quite easily. I know which song will sell the most in the long run, and it's not the overrated Geordie.
  13. The Sats are rising at a decent rate, it's not even 11am yet. And they do have another format in the top15, plus it has sold 80k already.

I think Rihanna will pretty much roadblock any momentum for "Stay" once she performs tomorrow...and 24 hours is a long time for it to fade.

Hopefully if there is any justice that will come to an abrupt end by 10pm tomorrow.

I'm sure in the end of their chart life, Rihanna will outsell Cheryl easily. To have sold this much without much UK promo and the key X Factor performance is amazing.

You seem shocked Cheryl is doing well? Barely no new major competition, as if Rihanna would beat her when she's not performing on X Factor or doing much UK promo. Cheryl was given the #1 spot by default before the song premiered...it would only take a huge dance smash to beat her and they were out some weeks ago. She has a big tv interview, X Factor performance and the usual blubbering all conveniently placed for the single release...all handed to her on a silver plate. I just hope it sells less than FFTL and doesn't stay at the top of the charts for more than a week. It's not that good.
  18. Cheryl is so overrated, and the fact she has been included in this track is just desperate...could it be anymore calculating right in the middle of the X Factor season? Next she'll be gatecrashing other X Factor guest performances.

Well I hate to say it, but for his music style and his target fanbase, when he came out of the closet it was the beginning of the end of him. Maybe a new music direction is needed. Will Young got stronger after he came out, probably because his music was good.

Cee Lo is still #1 when combined then?
  21. d22ghj posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
So Duck Sauce must be higher than Joe when combined on iTunes? But sadly he'll have good physicals.

Burke will be #1, McFly might scrape #5 and Alesha might scrape #10.

Who says it would be a live interview?
  24. d22ghj posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
I think because The Sats are #6 on iTunes now, they'll probably be top3 rather than #1 on Sunday. But this will probably be their biggest first week sales ever, and if it isn't #1 and drops to low top10 next week it won't look so bad than being #1 and dropping right down the week after.

JLS fell a lot during the week on iTunes, yet they still managed to be #1, so there is a bit of hope for The Sats.
