OK. I have added up the points, and I will begin to countdown the top 40's. I will do the singles and album chat simultaniously. First the #40 single, then #40 album. #39 single, #39 album, and so on. The singles chart will be highlighted in RED and the album chart in BLUE, so there is no confusion. Hi, everyone. We are now 4 charts into 2008 and it is time to see how the singles and albums are faring. In this thread I will be counting down the top 40 singles and albums of the year so far. The system I will be using to do this, will be the same one I used for my 2007 singles countdown and currently using for my 2007 albums countdown (which will continue either later this evening or tomorrow). To see how the points work, then go to my 2007 singles countdown thread and all will be explained there. The only difference is this will cover the top 100, whereas my 2007 countdowns only covered the top 40. Anyway, I just need to add on the points from this week.
