Top 100 Best Selling Dance Singles of The 90s
Nicely surprised to see a lot of early to mid 90s tracks here. no doubt there will be a lot of tosh nearing the end, sadly sales peaked when dance music wasnt quite as amazing.

Eurovision 2014 · Odds
I think Sanna hasn't a prayer, sadly. No doubt she'll pull off a slick performance but it all seems a little "corporate" and I think she may tank in the televote. Put a gun to my head and I think Ukraine will steal it this year.

Top 100 Best Selling Dance Singles of The 90s
The tamperer "If you buy this record..." was a shocking piece of crap, especially considering how marvellous "feel it" was and still is!

Green Room [2014]
I would actually be disappointed with an eighth finish for the UK....perhaps I may need to prepare myself for the big day then!

Eurovision Betting 2014
I stuck a fiver on Malta to win, but I might stock another fiver each way with odds like that!

Top 100 Best Selling Dance Singles of The 90s
My fave "Podge" era is definitely the 91/92 era, "Everybody in the place" is seminal. I love all those rave style tracks from 1991/92. Never was into that Bob Marley remake... But then again, I'm not a fan of Bob Marley.

Top 100 Best Selling Dance Singles of The 90s
Good god I'm very late at joining the party here! This is basically my youth wrapped up in one! Loving the majority of these so far, Nomad, The Goodmen, Strike and Sl2 being highlights. surprised at Blue pearl being so high but still total tune! Some tosh also.... Dj sakin was truly awful in 1999 so good knows what it sounds like now!! For me, the first half of the 90s was better for dance music. The house and rave of the early 90s had a buzz about it... As opposed to the euro trance and filter house of the late 90s, which lacked the charm of the early days... But that's my opinion...

Israel 2014
Yep, love it too. A knock out vocal on the night will be required to secure a place in the final though.

Armenia 2014
I really struggle to see how this is a favourite. Overblown and style over substance. The dubstep bit is frankly rubbish.

Which automatic finalist will finish highest at Eurovision?
Tossing up between UK and Denmark.... but I edged towards blighty! :) Actually feels weird to consider UK as a relatively feasible winner.
-
Azerbaijan 2014
Sounds like it'll clean up the jury vote.... but that's it. Should easily sail into a top ten finish however.

Malta 2014
I'm reacting to this in the same way I did to "Only Teardrops" last year - winner! Having heard all the other entries, I genuinely think this is a possible winner. Malta have been at this for many years and have come close to winning on at least 2 occasions, so why not now? The odds are against them but they have been known to be drastically wrong in the past. That said, I cannot stand folk music!!

San Marino 2014
I don't think this is going through... a shame, not that I like the song, but because it's HER!
-
Green Room [2014]
I don't see Sweden winning, as slick and professional it is, I just don't see it as a winner or at least a runaway winner. This may get a few laughs, but I think Malta will be the big dark horse this year.

Slovenia 2014
There's a just about enough strong song lurking there somewhere, needs a good beefing up though.

Saw disclosure last night, bloody fab - enjoy!

Melodifestivalen 2014 / Final · Stockholm
I think Ace is the winner here... Helena I think will be a jury hit though!

PREDICT: Kiesza - Hideaway
I've seen this on MTV Dance a few times, thinking it was one of those subdued house tracks that will get minimal attention... ooops! Absolutely love this and number one is defo on the cards. Absolutely loving the 80s funky throwback going on here.

Denmark 2014
Denmark is never a country I pay particular attention to, judging by the comments, I'll stick to my guns.

Melodifestivalen 2014 / Final · Stockholm
Although I know it will most likely not happen, I'm cheering on Helena. It's the undisputed fave in our house. Wouldn't be too bothered about "busy Doing Nothing" winning, as it will be something fresh and lively for Eurovision. "Undo" is a little too on the "meh" side for me... slick and professional, but a little too conservative to be a winner in Copenhagen. And... Helena doesn't require a key change, it's hot enough!

United Kingdom 2014
Personally, there is a lot I'm liking this year but that doesn't really mean anything! I think a win is feasible, but put a gun to my head and I'm predicting a 6th finish.

United Kingdom 2014
Good god I'm gonna see United Kingdom on the left hand side of the board. Seriously this is text book Eurovision. Such a powerful entry, to the point of almost arrogance. Juries are voters should lap this up.
