I think people are being a bit harsh on the girl who got the Florence question wrong. I must confess I didn't know it.

Lady GaGa is only outselling Jessie J by around 2 to 1 on I tunes, so I don't she will be number 1. I would guess no 3 or 4.

Because since Reggie has gone solo, he's always played the song at numbers 40, 31, 30 and 21 along with climbers/new entries and re-entries. If there are not enough of these to fill the time, he seems to play a few other random songs (especially anything by Michael Buble and Don't Stop Believing) Regarding the latter, I think he has either played both versions or neither of them>

There appears to be a typo. Wiley's song is Never be Your Woman. The original version of Number One Enemy is by Daisy Dares You; I am not aware of any fake versions.

You are correct. I definitely heard it on the radio (not from Reggie) a few weeks ago that Pixie was the first.

To clear things up, Pixie Lott is the only British female soloist to enter the chart at number 1 with their debut hit who didn't perform in a reality show. (Duffy appeared on S4C's version of Pop Idol).

Didn't like it at all I'm afraid. Too many singers singing one line each just made it sound disjointed and a total mess. Agree that they could have halved the number of artists and had them singing a verse or chorus each. Can see it being number 1 for just 2 weeks.

The physical has only 7 tracks, although the American version has 1 bonus track and the Canadian version has 2 bonus tracks. I guess the I Tunes version includes Common Denominator.

My daughter managed to see Justin Bieber today, and believe me, there were around 2,000 screaming teenage girls there going crazy about him. This is probably why his tracks were downloaded enough to get to the lower end of the I Tunes chart. I don't think he is making any other personal appearances so I would expect those tracks to start dropping down in a couple of days. The album is a 2 parter with the second half being released in America in March. Part 1 only has 7 tracks on it and only lasts 26 minutes which is probably why it is only £4.99 on I Tunes and £5.80 in Tescos.

I think Florence will get her long overdue and well deserved number 1 album this week as I think VW's sales will be front loaded and they are only 1.5k ahead.

Riverside will be number 1 this week as the "Dirty" version is rising rapidly. Keisha will be number 5 I think ahead of Joe, but behind Florence and Gaga. Are there any big albums out this week? If not, I predict Gaga to go back to number 1.

Joe will definitely be number 1, but could be close for number 2 with RATM just shading it before dropping to the 30's next week. 3 OH 3 and Cheryl will make up the top 5 I think.

It didn't go straight in at number 1. It re-entered at number 28 on the chart announced on June 1st 2008.

In the last update, RATM seem to have gained a little ground on The Climb, but when most the people who download The Climb are out of school, it will pull away again I think. I agree with the principal of RATM, but I think there were better songs which could have been released. It couldn't be by any artist who is likely to be invited to appear on the X Factor, but 2 suggestions of Christmas songs are Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses which despite being very well known, only reached number 41 in 1981, and Christmas Time by The Darkness which narrowly lost the last true race for Christmas number 1 in 2003. If they had to go for a non Christmas song, preferably in the rock genre, what about Afterlife by Avenged Sevenfold. Despite failing to reach the top 150 when released last year, it is a brilliant rock song.

Agree they used to skip 21, 30 and 31; but they seem to have revamped the timing of the show where they start the Top 20 at 5pm (or very close to it). Since they did this about the time Fearne left, they have never skipped numbers 21, 30 or 31.

I think I've finally sussed how they treat the bottom 20. The song is skipped unless: A). It is number 21, 30, 31 or 40 B). It is a climber/new entry/re-entry C). It is by Michael Buble
