^ LOL........ I don't think Joe will beat Poker Face to the Year End number 1, but it will definitely reach number 1 within second and sell a lot this week. This is honestly the worst cover the X Factor have done, I think...and I don't understand how you can build career credibility with a song like this. I hope you know that this isn't the total "Thriller" figure. "Thriller" peaked in the 80s, when sales where not tabulated by Soundscan (the Nielsen company)....so the album has actually sold somewhere above 30 million in the US. There wasn't much activity from MJ after the first part of the 90s, so it is understandable that the album wouldn't shift major figures in the period this system was activated (1991-2009).

They are going to have bloody Paul McCartney???????????? I am thoroughly impressed with the magnitude of this show....not even American Idol pulls off as many A-level performers Therefore, I don't understand why they are chosing a Miley Cyrus song to release.......It seems like Simon Cowell pushes the envelope but takes a step back at the same type. And it is incredibly funny for everyone in here to moan over the performers....if they have 3 acts that have achieved national and international superstardom, why not lay the success out for everyone to see?

I don't particularly think the Greatest Hits format is dying......it is the matter in which these albums are released that become the cause for their failure..... as far as Britney's album, I laughed out loud when I saw the cover (I have seen fan-made covers that are 30,000 times better)
