No Elvis Mikey. The rules are really easy...... Old video they dig it out. No Video, No Play Katie M was borrowed from Magic especially for tonight. :D

I don't think we are gonna get Elvis. There isn't an official video and I can't see them paying to licence a clip. But you never know.

Collins video was found in the basement. He looks so young. Look at the hair.

I'd better not tell you what happens then.

They will need to go digging at the back of the cupboard, if they are gonna play Phil Collins.

This is a great show. They've only missed out "The Ladies Bras" so far. The guy even apologised and said there was no proper video for it.

I love this thread as you can play the New Entries that Viva TV missed out on Friday night.
  8. Number 63 is the strangest song I've heard all year. I believe they are from Denmark.
  9. Who's the new mod then ?
  10. Is there a video for Nelly & Juanes ? I've never seen it played on German TV. Even the chart show are missing it out all the time.
  11. I love the song about Paris Hilton down at Number 80. Wonder if you can buy it legally in the UK.
  12. Dido is selling around 350 a week though, even though you never see her in the Top 200.
  13. True .... Then Dido will claim it back once she releases her new album. It's gonna be neck & neck for the rest of the decade. I haven't looked at the release dates. Blunty should overtake in about 10 weeks time, if the new material from Dido isn't out by then.
  14. There's been a lot of team work from different people on different boards. All I've done is add everything up, so we can all share the chart.
  15. Here is the latest update from my data. Many thanks to the guys at UKmix for the Queen sales figure. I never realised it was high enough to make the chart. Borders will count towards the charts. I think they mean sales from 540 starbucks shops will not count.
  17. All DJs seem to think they have a sense of humour. Ask them to play you a novelty record, they turn white with fear and tell you they can't as it's not on the playlist. I've never understood why this happens.
  18. Looks like your campain is gonna work Marcus. If it's only just outside the Top 20 on today's mids, it's gonna be Top 40 on Sunday for sure.
  19. It's only really cost the album 1,000 sales at most.

There's not really a market for a new pop mag these days. They got their figures badly wrong though, after many months of planning. 9,000 is roughly what Music Week sell every week. They only print 9,000 though and they sell them at more than £4 This single issue mag will be worth a fortune to collectors in the future. If anyone bought one last week, they should loook after it well.

The lower positions have finally been published by Charts Plus. They are the origional ones, before they did the recalculation on week 52. The sales estimates have been adjusted downwards for week 52. Where I feel the chart should have been amended, I have posted both albums with exactly the same sales estimate. These albums should really swap places if the YTDs were recalculated properly. After 2 weeks. I think your 8,500 is a bit high for Number 60, even on Mother's Day week. You can't base other albums on Ray Quinn, as he was selling much faster than the albums market in general that week.
  23. Dave B posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
It was at 96 last week. No idea how far it's plunged today. Last week the total was around 7,900

I posted Retrospective as 131,000 last week. The Breakthrough was on 249,000 at the end of last year when I stopped counting it.

Well spotted guys. Jamelia's gold certified album has only sold around 60,000 The fact that the HMV website is trying to sell it selling it for £5.99 suggests that it has been overshipped. I doubt it will ever reach 100K
