It wouldn't be Eurovision season without the rumour mill churning up an interesting one. The rumour currently doing the most circulation is that Jack Savoretti is the UK entrant. A brief summary of the evidence goes; - A gap in his tour dates in May in and around the rehearsals - A new "deluxe edition" of his most recent album coming out the Friday after the final featuring new tracks - He fits in with the "Radio 2 friendly" vibe that the BBC are known for defaulting to - He's recently joined Tap Music (although I can't seem to find the evidence for this?) - With it being in Italy I guess it would make sense that he would be more up for doing it given his Italian roots? So, this year's "Mabel announcing a new single the day the announcement is happening" or this year's "Bonnie Tyler's got this 3 minute radio edit of one of her album tracks" - who knows?
