  2. Yeah it's supposedly some kind of Silvia Night style performance art character piece about the state of Serbian health insurance. I think?
  3. Hnmu0qSyYzI Finalists: Cornelia Jakobs - Hold Me Closer Robin Bengtsson - Innocent Love Theoz - Som du vil LIAMOO - Bluffin John Lundvik - Anglavakt Tone Sekelius - My Way Anders Bagge - Bigger Than The Universe Faith Kakembo - Freedom Cazzi Opeia - I Can't Get Enough Klara Hammarstrom - Run To The Hills Medina - In i dimman Anna Bergendahl - Higher Power I might have said this before but it bares repeating - what a lineup! Even in an off year, Melfest is in a league of its own.
  4. It's a really strong top 5 but the pick has to go to Reykjavíkurdætur pEg4JadOyvU
  5. Fulenn gets the ticket or we riot!
  6. So Anna, Tone, Theoz and Cazzi complete the final line up. For all that the average quality might have dipped a bit this year, that’s a really good final lineup we’ve got here!
  7. Sweden said trans rights!
  8. I really like this, very well produced!
  9. I'm still not convinced that's the song tbh - I think people are clutching onto the "what if the song's already been released" thing that was only a fan rumour a bit too hard.
  10. Not even had an "announcement of an announcement" announcement yet so I agree they are leaving it pretty late for the reveal. I can also see the argument that the Ukraine situation has made them less keen to announce anything yet.
  11. Completely missed the deadline oops - would've caught it yesterday if I wasn't vomming!
  12. I guess it was to be expected really - I still think this is going to do very well for Finland though!
  13. Both of the drippy thinks being obliterated in the heats the past two weeks has been enjoyable to see! (Sorry Joseph!)
  14. Isaac, Bess, Younghearted and Cyan Kicks all smashed it but just watch The Rasmus get the nod off the back of a one hit wonder from 20 years ago!
  15. Loved Klara - give KEiiNO that track and you’d have a Eurovision winner contender rather than just a Mello winner candidate as it is now.
  16. Double screening with Melfest tonight and Bess has smashed this out of the park!
  17. Here for the final heat - all the studio versions should drop tonight!
  18. First major revamp of the season drops on March 4th
  19. Australia had three good options between this, Voyager and Jaguar Jonze but I think this could actually do really well for them!
  20. Estonia have now taken the same position as Finland.
  21. Whether this is the tactical switch up or a run of deep trolling I'm living for the drama.
  22. Oh okay I hadn't realised they'd deleted all mention of Intelligent Music Project from the socials - maybe they are making the tactical switch after all!
  23. Dutch song is dropping on March 3rd. She's been recorded performing this as yet unreleased song live in December so there is speculation that it could be a version of this one: _S0ju2n6nog
  24. It wouldn't be Eurovision season without the rumour mill churning up an interesting one. The rumour currently doing the most circulation is that Jack Savoretti is the UK entrant. A brief summary of the evidence goes; - A gap in his tour dates in May in and around the rehearsals - A new "deluxe edition" of his most recent album coming out the Friday after the final featuring new tracks - He fits in with the "Radio 2 friendly" vibe that the BBC are known for defaulting to - He's recently joined Tap Music (although I can't seem to find the evidence for this?) - With it being in Italy I guess it would make sense that he would be more up for doing it given his Italian roots? So, this year's "Mabel announcing a new single the day the announcement is happening" or this year's "Bonnie Tyler's got this 3 minute radio edit of one of her album tracks" - who knows?
