  1. No one heard Fade In-Out from GMex 97? Brilliant.
  2. Good song, thanks for the video!
  3. I'm upload the whole MTV Unplugged for you later if you like? It's brilliant, Noels singing but he's ace.
  4. Blur have some good songs, but please be serious. They just don't compete.
  5. Good question, I'm going for History but it could easily have been BSS, Lucky Man or Sonnet.
  6. Haha I was just scrolling down this thread thinking I'll say El Pres, nice one. Have you got the album? I didn't bother in the end for some reason. I saw them supporting Kasabian and they were great and I like their singles. Is the album worth getting?
  7. Can I add Morrissey, Richard Ashcroft and Ian Brown?
  8. ^ Dedicated to Richard Ashcroft! Good song, like the MTV Unplugged version a lot.
  9. First saw them at Newcastle last year and the were amazing, ofcourse. Was seated. Saw them at Sheffield this year, standing near the back and a few days later went to Nottingham and I was right at the front and all that. Highlights from Newcastle - Seeing Liam and Noel dancing together during Songbird, Don't Look Back In Anger, Acquiesce, Rock N Roll Star, Champagne Supernova Highlights from Sheffield - Lyla, Morning Glory, The Masterplan Highlights from Nottingham - Lyla, Bring It On Down, Morning Glory, Cigs N Alc, the bird next to me wearing just a thong, eye balling Liam, My Generation...ah all of it!
  10. The Masterplan isn't an album... Hmm changes all the time, always better Definitely Maybe, MG and BHN. Gonna go with DM at the moment.
  11. Fade Away I Got The Fever Eyeball Tickler Most of the bsides from DBTT have been poor.

Something to do with they nicked half the song from somewhere and couldn't afford to pay the royalties.
  13. Fade Away, please Noel please bring this back into the set! Love the Warchild version as well with Liam doing backing vocals!
  14. Stand By Me, best Oasis chorus there is I reckon. I Hope I Think I know and DYKWIM and AATW being other favourites. Some quality bsides from this era too.
  15. Roll It Over, probably the best song they've done since the DM - BHN Glory days. Great album.
  16. Some Might Say without a doubt. The best pop song of all time. Then probably Morning Glory, great song live. Then ofcourse you've got Champagne Supernova and all that. If you are including the Morning Glory b sides, Acquiesce, Talk Tonight and Step Out are up there for me.
  17. At the moment: Some Might Say Thank You For The Good Times I Got The Fever Columbia Fade Away
  18. That's like asking do you prefer Oasis or the Beatles. One pisses all over the other. (Liam > Noel that is)
  19. What the? Should have been a Some Might Say v CS final.
  20. Lyla, purely for the fact that live it is one of the best songs. Turn Up The Sun has just finished, the croud is buzzing then you hear the start. The croud starts jumping, and singing and it's ace. I've waited for a thousand years for you to come and **** me out my mind!
  21. Very hard question. Slide Away gets my vote because it's just magic, so beatifull. Others that are up there: Live Forever, just brilliant isn't it! Ciggs and Alc, quality lyrics and sums up life to be honest (even though I don't smoke!) Supersonic, I've always said this is Noels best song lyrically. "Like walking through a swimming pool" Columbia, the most simple song in history but genius at the same time, nothing gets you pumped up more than this song.
  22. Stop Crying Your Heart Out, a magic Oasis song. One of their best ever on a poor album by their standards. Hindu Times a close second and She Is Love is a favourite of mine. She Is Love >>>>> Songbird
  23. Don't Go Away out, doesn't suit the album at all. Why this was on and songs like My Sister Love, I got The Fever weren't aren't is beyond me! Stand By Me to win!
