Short on her tail are Alphabeat who make a great debut into my chart with 10,000 Nights going straight to #2. Leona yet again has another great week; Forgive Me only falls one place to #3 and Bleeding Love makes a massive climb of sixteen places all the way to #15. Elsewhere, Umbrella is one the rise again, Love Song returns to the top ten at #6 this week, Coldplay debut at #7 with Viva La Vida and Kanye West makes an appearance at #9 with Flashing Lights. Snap! make a new-entry with the soundtrack to the TV ad which is everyone talking about; Rhythm Is A Dancer which debuts at #12. Usher has a total of six tracks inside my Top 40 this week which are all taken from his current #1 album Here I Stand. The R&B star manages to gain the #13, #21, #23, #26, #27 and the #30 spots. Finally, numbers 31-40 follows the tradition of a few new and re-entries; Leona Lewis' cover of Snow Patrol's Run makes a new-entry at #32 as well as Take A Bow returning at #38, Mariah Carey has a re-entry of Emotions at #34 , another tune from the Grease soundtrack manages to gain a Top 40 position at #36 and there's Lessons Learned from Carrie Underwood at #39. Last week's #1 album, Rockferry by Duffy, falls out of the top five this week to be replaced by Usher's current album Here I Stand which storms into the top spot. Leona makes another climb to gain the runner's up spot at #2, Rihanna manages to rise two places to gain a new peak position of #3 with Good Girl Gone Bad, Maroon 5 do impressively well with their album staying at #4 and Britney Spears has a Blackout at #5 falling three places. The #1 spot on both charts is certainly wide open next week... :unsure: B)

Definitely! Both great albums IMO, although I prefer Some Hearts I think a lot of people are put off from the fact that she's a country singer when in fact her music is more modern pop/country. :) Edit: Hopefully Flo-Rida will drop, can't see it happening though. I like Low, but Elevator is awful. :(

Leona therefore falls one place to #2, still going strong. Elsewhere in the Top Ten, Will.I.Am and Cheryl Cole move up three places this week with their previous #1 Heartbreaker, Duffy rises two places to gain a Top five hit with the brilliant Warwick Avenue, Mariah moves up one place with Bye Bye and Britney manages to secure another top ten hit with Radar climbing eleven places this week to #10. Leona Lewis proves to have staying power with her two other tracks in the chart both being non-movers; Better In Time/Footprints In The Sand remains at #15 and Bleeding Love manages to stay at #31 for the second week running. Once again, the bottom end of the chart sees a few new entries this week from Mariah Carey as well as Touchy My Body making a re-entry at #36. The album chart this week sees Duffy returning to the top spot, pushing Britney Spears down to #2. Rihanna has a good week with Take A Bow staying put at #4, Umbrella rising to #5 and Don't Stop The Music re-entering the charts this week at #30. At the lower end of the Top Ten, Duffy rises again with Warwick Avenue and manages to gain a new peak of #7. The highest new entry this week is from Chris Brown with Forever debuting at #13 this week which is expected to climb into the Top Ten in a weeks time. The first re-entry of the week is Alicia Keys with No One at #20 with her current single Teenage Love Affair falling fourteen places to #28. Britney Spears also makes a re-entry and just misses out of the Top twenty with Radar which made a brief appearance at #19 several weeks ago. The lower end of the chart has several new entries this week from Maroon 5, Eva Cassidy, Leona Lewis and the power of Grease causes two of the movie's songs to enter at #34 and #39. What's happening with the album charts this week? Britney Spears returns to the top spot for third time, Maroon 5 spend a second consecutive week at #2, Duffy and Adele make re-appearances and Leona falls four places after being at the top spot last week. If Leona manages to spend another week at #1 then she will hold the record (beating herself) for the current longest #1 with Forgive Me. Will anyone be able to steal her throne? Leona Lewis. Yep, Leona's Forgive Me has returned to the top spot spending it's third total week at #1. Meanwhile, OneRepublic have just missed out on their first #1 with Say (All I Need) rising five places this week to take the #2 position. Shakira makes a high debut of #3 with 2006's Summer smash Hips Don't Lie with Rihanna closely behind her rising twenty-two places to #4 with Take A Bow. To complete the Top 5, Ne-Yo debuts at #5 with his cool record Closer. Other noticeable movements inside the Top 40 include Taio rising to #6, Kelly Rowland climbing a massive twenty-four places to reach a new peak of #9 with Work, Rihanna re-entering yet again with the mega hit Umbrella at #13 and re-entries from Kylie and Leona and new-entries from Sam Sparro and Maroon 5; all at the bottom end of the chart. As for the albums, Leona has done it again. Spirit has managed to spend a third non-consecutive week at #1 making it my current longest running #1 album. Maroon 5 switches places with Leona this week falling one place to #2 and Carrie makes another re-entry this week with Some Hearts at #3. Completing the Top 5 albums, Sam Sparro stays put at #4 with his self-titled debut and Rihanna manages to scrape back into the Top 5. Next week's chart is anything but predictable, even for myself. At number two, Carrie Underwood makes a huge jump of twenty-seven places with her latest single Last Name eclisping Before He Cheats and All-American Girl which both peaked at #4. Rihanna also makes a big jump of twenty-two places to achieve a number three hit with future single Breakin' Dishes and her current single Take A Bow makes a new entry at #26. Alicia Keys makes a new entry at #4 with Teenage Love Affair, Rihanna helps Maroon 5 gain a peak position of #5 with their latest hit and OneRepublic make the final new entry in the top ten with Say (All I Need) at #7 this week. Leona Lewis stays put at #6 with her former #1 Forgive Me and Better In Time/Footprints In The Sand makes a seven place jump to return to the top ten. Taio Cruz just misses out of the top ten this week with a new entry; I Can Be . Other new entries in the Top 40 include The Verve's Bitter Sweet Symphony at #17, R.Kelly's classic I Believe I Can Fly at #28 and Maroon 5's previous single Makes Me Wonder at #39 along with a few other of their second album tracks. The spot for #1 next week remains wide open with several new entries challenging Will.I.Am. Could Carrie achieve her first #1 on my personal chart? Will Rihanna make a massive jump to top my chart? Or can another new entry replace Will.I.Am at the top to make him my third one week #1? In the album chart, there's another new number one album; Maroon 5's It Won't Be Soon Before Long. Leona Lewis makes a two place rise to #2 with debut album Spirit, Alicia Keys makes a new entry at #3, Sam Sparro falls two places to #4 and Carrie Underwood completes the top five with a re-entry of Carnival Ride.
