Jim's Personal Top 40 Week #3 [16-11-2008] Chart Commentary Hello! Kanye West scores the highest of 7 new entries in this week's chart, storming into the upper echelons immediately at number three. However, despite being neck-and-neck with the top 2 throughout the week, he just fell away at the last minute and allowed Girls Aloud to continue their reign at the summit, with Britney close behind. Elsewhere, Elbow leap into the top 5 with the majestic 'Loneliness of a Tower Crane Driver', Death Cab for Cutie make the largest jump [25 to 9], and the Friendly Fires edge further up.
