I was really rooting for Venus yesterday but after failing to take set points then being broke it all went downhill, if she had of taken the first set I think it would of been interesting to see where it went. Not overly fussed on the mens, I tend to find the majority of mens matches dull it seems dominated by big serves with little play for points. More interested in after the mens final has finished for the highly entertaining mixed doubles. Heather and Henri done so well to get to the final again and I would love them to take the title for a 2nd year but it gonna be tough against Jamie Murray and Hingis, 10 years since he won it with Jankovic but a lot of British interest and support.

Venus is 37, Jo has a good record against her but it will be tough. I'm split as I love Venus and would love her to win Wimbledon again but I also want Jo to win. Have a feeling if Jo does win and Muguruza does then Muguruza will win final

Yeah I'm watching it, Cant see anyone beating Nadal to be honest although he seems to of had easy draw and a retirement so it all helps but Thiem will be interesting as he is only player to beat Nadal on clay this year so far!. Djokovic totally went to pieces in their last set yesterday never seen a player go away from the match like that before, no routine like his usual ball bounces he completely gave up. Murray and Nishikori was an up down game but Murray seemed to get better as match went on, his previous two matches he played well but I think Wawrinka will beat him in the semis. Womens side is interesting it has been so open this year, personally I dont like Halep or Pliskova and either of them being number 1 depending on who wins and how far get seems a bit void. Feels like all the slams be the same this year no Serena really seems to dampen the womens side, and Kerber is just nowhere. Sharapova I really dont care about and ideally wouldn't of returned but hopefully Azarenka and Kvitova returns will provide more spice on the womens side. Konta I expected to go out Hsieh is a top doubles player tricky and has been highly ranked before and clay is Kontas least favourite surface but hoping she has better grass season as she is playing all the warm up events prior to Wimbledon

The random outside the square scenes are starting to bug me. I liked it at first a few here and there as of course there is life outside of Albert Square but now it seems they putting them in all over the place. We never would of seen Martin and Stacey go to an appointment before just leave and come back then Michelle to randomly get on as well it felt like a Final Destination scene where all ending up in same place and time before disaster strikes and the random nose bleed guy on the tube who then looked as Michelle walked away, I'm fully expecting him to manage to find her and be a 'love interest' or that was just pointless. Then the random scene in the cafe with newpamandles with that old neighbour was like a filler just to mention the newmillers family arriving in few weeks, I keep even forgetting they are a new couple I just think they a random extra scene filler. I've gone from watching all the time and from even recording it to now if I miss a few episodes I'm not even bothered cos nothing ever happens anymore. I'm really hoping the new family of trash bring a lot of life into the square for a few weeks and not just arrive and few episodes later all quiet and settled.
