    Idea to change the voting rules...

    OK, here's my idea to stop the tactical voting... They need to divide the nations into blocks, Balkans in one block, Greece and Cyprus and surrounding countries in another and the Scandinavians in another. The rule could then be that you can't give more than 8 pts to someone in the same block as you. That would even things up a bit and give more deserved winners a chance. Ideally... Thoughts?
