Horror Scene

FUFN is a solid bop but i prefer her more experimental songs tbh (Angel, IT girl, Unconditional, MC). Glad it gave her that second top 40 hit though.

Moldova’s entry is awful!

France was fab! Bulgaria Australia Denmark France Czechia UK Belgium Malta Greece Germany Croatia Albania Ukraine Serbia

I was getting Cooper Koch lol. Omg so here for this!! Bulgaria Australia Denmark Czechia Belgium Malta Greece Germany Albania Ukraine Serbia

The scream was the best part by far.

That was incredible from Delta! You can tell she’s been doing this forever. Australia Denmark Belgium Germany Greece Albania Ukraine

Delta next then!

I won’t remember this in 15 minutes. 🥱

Wrong Mel! Greece love the energy!

Albania is not it but I welcome the eye candy. 😎 Denmark Belgium Germany Albania

Belgium is a trash bop.

I hope not - I quite like it. 🥲

Denmark was a really strong opener. I can see it doing well. Germany’s song is a bit mid. If this was a UK entry it would finish last. 😬 Ranking so far: Denmark Germany

Haven’t listened to any of the entries bar UK and Delta so excited to listen with fresh ears!

Monthly listeners: 1.6m Angel Of My Dreams Tonight (with PinkPantheress) FUFN Church Plastic Box HOT IT girl Before You Break My Heart Fantasy Unconditional Album streams (as of May 11th): Angel Of My Dreams on the brink of passing 80 million! Fantasy almost at 20 million! (Plastic Box should be the next to reach this milestone) Unconditional, Before You Break My Heart and Church all crawling to that 10 million mark!

Fantasy has been a real grower for me. Still wouldn’t have been my second single choice (IT girl hello!) but it’s quality pop. BYBMH is amazing too. The sample of her younger self singing the chorus was a stroke of genius (financially and artistically). The video is beautiful!

So which producers are on our J2 bucket list? I for one would love her to collab with Dan Nigro (Olivia Rodrigo, Chappell). 🙏 Mark Ronson too!

Leon but there’s a lot of crap here.

That Olly debut is inoffensive but he had better to come imo. I might actually prefer Ambitions to this these days.

All I Want would be fab. CGIB too especially for Alesha’s verse.

Pink!

Always quite enjoyed Move Ya Body but was never obsessed with it. Probably about right in the ranking for me. Only U is probably my favourite Ashanti song but it’s still nothing great. 🫢

Going by the song list, it’s open to interpretation.

The Weakness In Me still gets semi-regular rotation in my household. Intrigued to check this entry out as I don’t recall any of her other tracks.
