  1. Bleeding Love of course but Rule The World is also a classic. It was really unlucky (or stupid?) of them to release it that week when nearly any other week would have got them another #1.

Number 3 this week with 221 posts (1 post off 2nd lol!) 6 weeks over 200 posts!
  3. CHART BATTLE REWIND Time for another truly iconic chart battle with two hugely anticipated releases going head-to-head in October 2007. Leona Lewis won the previous year's X Factor, after having duetted with the newly reformed Take That at the final, and her coronation single A Moment Like This knocked the group's comeback hit Patience off the top spot soon after. Fast forward 10 months and they go head-to-head again, with Leona's power ballad Bleeding Love released the same week as Take That's song from the Stardust film, Rule The World. It ended up being an exceptionally high sales week for 2007 standards, with Bleeding Love debuting at #1 with nearly 220,000 copies while Take That also sold a huge 97,000 copies to debut at #2. Also a shout out to that week's top 10 which is full of classics such as About You Now, Valerie and Gimme More! But which is your number one? Vote above. Other chart battles: Kelly Clarkson vs Taylor Swift Timbaland vs Mark Ronson Alexandra Burke vs Robbie Williams Cascada vs Michael Jackson Geri Halliwell vs blink-182 The Shapeshifters vs Rachel Stevens Christina Aguilera vs DJ Sammy Atomic Kitten vs Destiny's Child Rage Against The Machine vs Joe McElderry Eric Prydz vs Girls Aloud vs Green Day Arctic Monkeys vs Biggie vs Will Young vs Beyonce
  4. Have fun! Low-key jealous 👀😋 the fact you might hear the finished album before us..!
  5. Did he say that? 👀 I remember Will making a bad joke and Daley questioning how he got on TV or something which was really awkward. And then he went on to insult Tiffany and an audience member for watching the live stream. 🥲
  6. The Killers. I like all of these now though.
  7. Sugababes 100%
  8. Donna - (5-8-4-5-4-3-3-3-1-) JoJo - (2-2-1-2-1-1-1-1-2-) Patsy - (4-5-7-6-5-5-4-5-3-) Danny - (1-1-2-1-2-2-2-2-4-) Angelica - (8-9-8-10-9-7-9-7-5-) Jack - (10-12-10-13-12-10-10-8-6-) Chris - (6-3-3-3-3-4-5-4-7-) Chesney - (7-10-9-12-11-8-6-6-8-) Ella - (11-13-11-8-8-11-11-10-9-) Evicted: 10th. Daley - (9-11-12-11-10-9-8-9-) 11th. Trisha - (3-4-6-7-7-6-7-) 12th. Mickey - (13-7-13-9-6-) 13th. Michael - (12-6-5-4-) Donna was excellent in last night’s show. So many funny moments. Patsy also let loose a bit finally! Chris has gone way down in my view now. It seems his trade is showmances and playing dumb.

Monday is a bank holiday too.
  10. CHART BATTLE REWIND First of several trips to 2006 and it's possibly one of the last few instances where the top 4 consisted entirely of new entries, since the chart rule change allowing songs to chart on downloads a week prior to physical sales was about to come into effect. The worlds of Pop, Rock, R&B and Hip-Hop collide with British acts Arctic Monkeys and Will Young taking on US stars, Beyonce & The Notorious B.I.G. The Arctic Monkeys won the battle, scoring their second straight #1 hit, while Biggie settled for #2 (though would later climb to #1). Will Young claimed #3, out-charting his previous single 'Switch It On' (#5) while Beyonce finish at #4 (before climbing into the top 3 the following week). But which is your number one? Vote above. Other chart battles: Kelly Clarkson vs Taylor Swift Timbaland vs Mark Ronson Alexandra Burke vs Robbie Williams Cascada vs Michael Jackson Geri Halliwell vs blink-182 The Shapeshifters vs Rachel Stevens Christina Aguilera vs DJ Sammy Atomic Kitten vs Destiny's Child Rage Against The Machine vs Joe McElderry Eric Prydz vs Girls Aloud vs Green Day
  11. It girl, Abracadabra and Benson! FUFN a firm 4th!
  12. Yeah she was skating on thin ice.
  13. Tiffany has been a hot mess on L&L so far.
  14. JoJo - (2-2-1-2-1-1-1-1-) Danny - (1-1-2-1-2-2-2-2-) Donna - (5-8-4-5-4-3-3-3-) Chris - (6-3-3-3-3-4-5-4-) Patsy - (4-5-7-6-5-5-4-5-) Chesney - (7-10-9-12-11-8-6-6-) Angelica - (8-9-8-10-9-7-9-7-) Jack - (10-12-10-13-12-10-10-8-) Daley - (9-11-12-11-10-9-8-9-) Ella - (11-13-11-8-8-11-11-10-) Evicted: 11th. Trisha - (3-4-6-7-7-6-7-) 12th. Mickey - (13-7-13-9-6-) 13th. Michael - (12-6-5-4-)
  15. Michael Gray
  16. Only one left I’m not Keane on.
  17. I too would prefer SF2 tonight.
  18. Yeah there’s no excuse at this point not to have the album out. The album is the best promo these days. If the material is strong (which it likely is), the quality will speak for itself. Even if it’s not a huge seller, a critical success would set her up for trickle streams and a potentially bigger second era. Single 4 better have everything thrown at it with a smooth rollout. 💅🏼 Edit: I think her team needs to read the room and release something not so straight forward (FUFN/Fantasy) for single 4.
  19. Jack could still get evicted if up against JoJo, Chris and/or Danny though.
  20. Do we think they are delaying album release until Glasto?
  21. If Jack wins, they need to ban Corrie stars in the future.
  22. This
  23. Interested to see how they’ll vote tomorrow! I think Patsy and Jack could be up again, but Chris and JoJo could get some noms for breaking the rules.
