The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Boot Camp: Part Two (Solo Female)
At least it's not something like California. Lily was really spoilt for choice this round with the entirety of West End Girl and the likes of Knock 'Em Out and Friday Night in the vault. Smart choice going for a WEG track even if it's more of a shallow cut atm.

I don't think Chappell is holding the lobster. Looking at the Midwest Princess wiki page, nearly all of the album favourites ended up being singles so Picture You would arguably be a smart option to play here? 🤷♂️- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Boot Camp: Part Two (Groups)
Listening through to this category now so thought I'll document my initial thoughts on each (I'll hold off ranking just yet though obvs). Atomic Kitten - never heard this before despite owning the album for over a decade. Really solid album track from them and a clear improvement on last round. It's the sort of track they really excel at. ABBA - another one I've never heard. This sounds pretty good on first listen. Not sure how it'll fare here though. Erasure - another discovery. This sounds good - maybe a bit of a grower. HAIM - LOVE the production on this and the chorus. It has such a summery throwback vibe to it. Great choice! Hoping it serves them well this round. Blondie - this is a great find! Debbie sounds gorgeous here. The Chicks - hmmm this is pleasant but not very competitive from them... especially since they've been in danger repeatedly. I suspect either the lobster holder or the hostess herself @Calum recklessly played this. The Corrs - this sounds like a really solid entry/safe bet for them. One of their better entries to date imo. Scissor Sisters - the first entry of theirs I didn't know beforehand. I need to give this album a play tbh. It's a bop! The 1975 - a bit of a sound switch-up here from them. I'm sure they have far better album tracks, no? Florence - getting the closing slot with Howl. I probably would've picked half a dozen songs before this one but can't fault the choice - the whole album is fab!- BRAT: THE RATE RESULTS
Billie elevates Guess let’s be real.- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Boot Camp: Part Two (Solo Male)
Seeing the After Hours rep for the Weeknd reminds me Alone Again would’ve been amazing for this round. Not familiar with this choice but sounds promising on first listen.- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Boot Camp: Part Two (Solo Female)
I’m only properly familiar with Lily and Chappell’s songs. I should know the Nelly one as I had that album for years but can’t remember it. Kelly’s song title is familiar but unsure if I’ve heard it. A lot of (re-)discoveries!- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Boot Camp: Part Two (Groups)
Solid picks for Florence and HAIM! Are Blondie just going to deliver songs named after people? 😂- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Boot Camp: Part Two (Solo Male)

Interesting... so the next lowest doesn't get eliminated in their place?- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS
Nope I second guessed my second guess. And it would annoy me if I swapped last minute only to get eliminated. Ooh what's the tea??- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS

SHOOK! Are we getting a Natalia Kills-a-Pop-Hoe instead?- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS
On the brightside for Addy Ace of Base, at least they got eliminated now rather than after playing their ace (hehe) during battleground THEN getting eliminated. Some of their competitors for the Golden Wagner may have burnt through their discographies by that stage.- Whole Lotta History (Buzzjack 20th Anniversary Campaign)
I created this just for fun. Would it work?- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS
It's a fantastic concept and perfectly executed by Calum. I also love the anonymity aspect this season - it's like a combination of The X Factor and The Masked Singer (just without the clues). Eager to see the song choices for next round!!- The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS
Just noticed this thread has already surpassed the Season 1 main thread in terms of post count/pages and we're not even halfway through yet.- BJSC 182: Odds & Predictions

A LOT of catching up! Never knew about Leave Right Now not having enough stock originally. I love discovering little pop facts like this. If I Were A Boy was a real dark horse in that diva week chart race. I think Britney and Leona (maybe Christina too) were looking to do the best IIRC - Alesha managing top 10 on downloads alone though! *.* a real turnaround from her flop launch two years prior. The Mad World/Idols/Darkness chart race sounds like a fun chart battle to have experienced at the time with all the changing at the top throughout the week. The Ketchup Song never gets boring.- PinkPantheress - Stateside

Jakatta.- TBA • Fourth Album
I think she could arguably hold off until Q1 2027 latest for DL4 but RO seems so far away already, I hope she kickstarts the era this summer. Ngl RO cooled my excitement for future Dua music but I hope the muted reception to it (compared to FN at least) pushes her to push the envelope a bit. - The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Boot Camp: Part Two (Solo Female)
