  1. I have just thought of one, Robert Post - Got None from 2005. It got to number 42 but I seem to remember it was on at least of the music channels quite a lot.
  2. Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl - Just because it has never charted. :D

The Maximo Park situation was because Green Day's new album was released on the Friday so Maximo Park were number one until Green Day were released unlike Massive Attack that just had frontloaded fan sales.
  5. Video Here is the video for everyone. PMSL at Michael Jackson being shoehorned in. It's godawful

According the BRIT Awards site Florence & Dizzee are releasing You Got the Dirtee Love next week on i-Tunes. Could go top 3. Sorry if this is the wrong place.

  9. I don't know if this is right but the BBC says that Best International Group has been scrapped. :o
  10. According to the site they have re-introduced International Breakthrough and there will be a category for best album of the last 30 years. I think the nominees for International Breakthrough will be Lady GaGa Taylor Swift Them Crooked Vultures Animal Collective Temper Trap
  11. Sorry didn't read the first post properly. My bad.
  12. Sorry to be ignorant but what is this based on. It's probably been on this forum for ages but I don't know. Sorry again
  13. They have dropped Best British Live Act for Best Moment of the BRIT Awards for one year only according to Digital Spy.
  14. Well they did nominate Jamie T in 2007 when they could have just as easily nominated Calvin Harris or Dizzee Rascal so that could be the wild card. I for some reason think that they will nominate either Mumford and Sons, White Lies or The Noisettes in British Breakthrough
  15. One word for why that category got scrapped. Orson. :puke2:

Green Day - Know Your Enemy/21 Guns - Both should have done better than they actually did. I was convinced Know Your Enemy was going to do a "Kings of Leon" and be massive but it didn't help that the song wasn't that good. The album didn't do as well as it should have done but at least it has gone platinum. Little Boots - New In Town - Although it went top 20. It should have been top 5 at least. Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Zero - Should have been top 40 at the very least.

  18. Bascially because bookies can't make money out of the Christmas number one anymore due to the X Factor always getting it they make bets on Christmas number two but call it Christmas number one without X Factor. I think
  19. No. But I think it's that "The Climb" is rumoured to be a winning song on The X Factor
