The video is high-larious. "Daggering" goes mainstream... http://mychemicaltoilet.com/major-lazer-po...-daggering/3887
  2. Say what you like about the result, but few other "awards" of such paltry value get such great publicity for the people behind it! ;)
  3. Will be interesting to see if this NIN friendship helps The Horrors break America - I reckon they have a good shot, if you think about bands like The Cure, Echo & Bunnymen, etc. There's a big section of American music fans that like slightly dark UK indie-rock. Plus if they were to get a tune on one of the Twilight movie soundtracks or something they'll have it made...! ;)
  4. I seem to be one of the few people who loves this song...!
  5. I loved Raindrops! Anyway, looks like the Jaxx are too busy doing karaoke... http://blog.luckyvoice.com/2009/08/basemen...xx-lucky-voice/
  6. I'm sure Rachel has the ability to chant "Techno Techno Techno Techno". Look forward to hearing it.
  7. A disconcerting lack of love for the Hansons in this thread!
  8. In 10 years people will look back at the success of The Hoosiers and Scouting For Girls and think people were mentalists for liking them.
  9. Love Chromeo, their gig at the Scala was my best of last year.
  10. Amy gets my vote. How annoying is that Joss Stone "Flake" ad, btw?! Hard to believe it's 21 years since a UK solo female topped the US charts... here's a nifty list of women who should have got there before Leona!
  11. Wow, it turns a bit prog-rock halfway through... not as good as "I'm Shakin'", but not many songs are!
  12. This is going to be massive! Great to see Shaznay back in action.
