  1. Her voice is not suited to this type of music at all, rather dissapointing though i could see the chorus getting stuck in my head.
  2. Love Love LOVE this at the moment, its that generic pop/r&b which manages to be amazing. I don't think a HQ 'My Man' is ever going to leak.
  3. Lotopialand has now voted :P Very good final have to say :D
  4. qk8Sdvao9fw This is the debut UK single from Britt Nicole released in Autumn this year, quite an odd choice for her first UK single to be honest. Its the 2nd US single aswell from her new album 'The Lost Get Found', the 1st single also called TLGF hasnt made an impact there though but this 2nd single is really quite amazing electro-pop, should be successful if radio picks it up as its quite radio friendly  Shes signed to EMI and already released an (AMAZING!!!) album back in 2007 but it wasn't released here in the UK. Check out 'Believe', a cracker if your a Kelly Clarkson fan. GL-UGLMRI0k
  5. Still so happy Lotopialand made the final for the first time :D Theres so many good songs i can't decide who to give the 12 points to :P
  6. Finally able to get online again after the internet went down again earlier, thankgoodness got a new wireless box now :D Going to have a good read, hopefully Lotopialand have qualified for once :D
  7. Hi folks sorry i havent been able to vote, i did listen to all the songs and everything then buzzjack went down and i couldnt get it to work for days then ive had the luck of my own internet failing to work so its only just got up and running about an hour ago or so.
  8. Some good songs getting confirmed :D
  9. Definately going with this for mine, should end the long spell of DNQ i hope!. Country: Lotopialand Artist: Daisy Song: Everytime Video Link: f35e51LlcQ0
  10. Thought id give this album a listen after really liking both 'Goodbye' and 'Sabotage'. Quick review on first listen; 07.0 Somebody - A pleasant enough fairly uptempo pop song to open the album with, nothing amazing but nice enough 08.5 Future Love - Originally sang by Varsity, i prefer this version though, its a great summery pop song :D 07.0 Speak Up - Starts rather bland but by the chorus it had improved immensely, a grower 08.5 Goodbye - Generic yes, but its very catchy and deserves to do well 08.5 Sabotage - Theres many songs this sounds like and Future Love would be the better 2nd single though this is still very good 06.0 Died In Your Eyes - Somewhat of a filler this, something JoJo would sing, infact she sounds like her on it aswell, its not bad though 05.0 Powerless - I thought this was gonna be a big electro-r&b stomper from the opening but its one of those 2002 sounding generic fillers 06.0 Cried Me A River - Another generic average song, its not awful but just passed by without having an effect on me whatsoever 08.5 Doesn't Everybody Want To Fall In Love - Finally another really catchy song, 3rd single please, great to blast out 04.0 It's Gotta Be Love - Heard this ages ago, found it bland as anything and still do 06.0 Disconnect - The album ends with another generic as anything slice of pop/r&b 07.0 - Overall - Certainly not a bad album at all, most of the songs sound like growers but theres nothing amazing on it on first listen.

How idiotic not to put 'Vertigo' on the main version of the album, it would be a much better 2nd single that SOS.
  12. Being released through MOS this Autumn :w00t: f35e51LlcQ0 I hope this isnt ignored in the same way Gathania was -_-
  13. Reserve all of these for Lotopialand. No way am i having another DNQ :P Daisy - Everytime f35e51LlcQ0 Big Bang - Gara Gara Go d9h4foyU7o0 Super Junior - Sorry Sorry wfMKiTQ1Qxc
  14. Average, fillerish song, will be lucky to make much of an impact anywhere to be honest...
  15. Kat DeLuna - Animal was produced by RedOne (L), a cover of that would be immense!
  16. I wish a full version would surface or at least a high quality clip :(
  17. I do think i will end up loving the full version when we get to hear it. When is it going to premiere?
  18. I do rather like the sound of this but theres something missing and i can't put my finger on it.

The ex housemates remind me just how boring this years bunch are...
  20. Full album out there now: Quick ratings 02.5 Strip - Generic, uninspired, vile lyrics etcetc 08.5 Hey Yo Ft Colby O'Donis - Big fan of Colby and this song is a great piece of Pop 04.0 Turst Me Ft Urban Mystic - Reminds me of something from the Mid 90's, its a bit bland though 04.0 Falling Ft Stacks - Yawn 09.0 All I Want Is You - Sounds like her first song whatever that was, really love this, highlight, proper poptastic. 06.5 Dear Mom - Great production on this, and a good chorus 07.0 Handcuffed - Fun dancey electro-pop, nothing groundbreaking but not bad either 08.5 Ruff Me Up Ft Flo Rida - Most unoriginal song ever, blabla rips off Outsyders production but Flo Rida....still great trashyness 02.0 B D Dable - Boring 07.0 You'll Never Be Like Him - Guitar-pop again here and this one has a combintion of average verses and a GREAT chorus 03.0 One That Got Away - Bland 02.0 Finish Line - Soo repetitive and quite rubbish 02.5 Redemption - Echo Overall: 5.0 A mix of boring repetitive dirge and some great pop songs, she should stick to pop rather than the faux R&B.

I'll give a proper review at a few days but heres my ratings on first listen: 07.0 Walking On Snow 08.0 Battlefield 07.0 Don't Let It Go To Your Head 06.0 S.O.S (Let The Music Play) - Hope this isnt the second single -_- 07.0 It Takes More 07.0 Watch You Go - Somewhat dissapointing for a Dr Luke track 07.5 No Parade 08.0 Let It Rain 07.5 Emergency (911) 03.0 Was I Only The One 03.5 Faith 05.5 Cure 04.0 Papercut 04.0 Postcard Overall: 6.0 - Unfortunately it is indeed a dissapointment, nowhere near as good as her debut to be honest though its very much listenable other than the bonus tracks and the last ballads. 'Let It Rain' is certainly a very good song though nothing on here is as good as 'Battlefield' was. Meh -_-
  22. Lotopialand has voted :P for the next BJSC im getting my entry reserved before anyone else gets it :D
  23. I do like this a lot more than 'Goodbye' actually, its a lot more instant and i love how the American idea of Pop/R&B is actually now this trancy synth dance pop.
  24. Can't believe it, did not qualify again :|
