Hi eightiespopkid Can i have the update for Madonna - both the single and the album please?? Thanks

The video premiered last night on channel 4! Is it the second no.1 from Hard Candy?? I hope so! :cheer:

Thanks Martin, good news for the album, it's doing great!

Hi Martin Is Madonna still at #6 and #26?? Thanks B)

Is it possible to have Madonna's single and album positions please? Thanks

Ermm, so you expect her to sell more than anyone else in the music business everytime she releases a new album cause she's been around a long time?? I do accept Duffy's success, but let's see if she'll be around in 25 years time or if she'll do as well with her next album :P

Exactly, so it's not only HC selling c**p!

Thanks for the info. You might be right - HC might be a massive flop. Still glad it did and still doing far better than Kylie's X or Mariah's E=KFC2 ^_^ (Don't ask why those two in particular :P ) Current Worldwide Sales are at 1.7 Million. (this list is only albums released in 2008.) #1 Jack Johnson Sleep Through The Static 2226000 2392950 #2 Michael Jackson Thriller (25th Anniversary Reissue) 1923000 2067225 #3 Madonna Hard Candy 1582000 1700650 #4 Duffy Rockferry 1526000 1640450 #5 Mariah Carey E=MC2 1401000 1506075 #6 Soundtrack Juno 968000 1040600 #7 Lenny Kravitz It s Time For A Love Revolution 915000 983625 #8 R.E.M. Yay for top 10 Madonna!

I do realise that, i'm sorry! It's just that i find it a bit strange, that's all. When it's doing quite amazing everywhere else, and even the single is doing fab in the UK but album is just falling and falling.

In the UK maybe but worldwide sales - the 3rd most selling album of 2008 so far  :yahoo:

Hard Candy drops to #24!

Could you give the position of Hard Candy please? Thanks a lot

Yay for #4 Madonna!! Is Hard Candy still at #13? Thanks

Don't you like the album??

What a shame - a great album is going to be wasted because of no promotion. :( I don't actually agree with the urban sound because 4 minutes does not represent the whole album. Most tracks are quite early Madonna-ish and they sound fab. Hopefully the second single will change the urban image of the album which isn't.

is Hard Candy still at #11? Thanks
