3M WW? first day of a comeback single? with a huge support? It's like top 25 on Spotify, stop saying it's not bad. His last 2 albums did poorly also, it's not just a one-time thing. I like Azizam and I'm fine with him but stop reacting like he's still a superman as he was 3 albums ago. He's just not.

This. Also, he has a much bigger back catalog than her, none of them debuting less than Tate random songs from her last album. His Magic in the last 2 albums that was gone, wasn't just a fluke. I really think the public has moved on. He can still sell every stadium in the world and he's huge but less relevant for now for the GP. (maybe a big ballad will help)

You mean, Ed has a B-IGG-ER back catalog. It's not even comparable, Alex basically doing most of it with 3 songs and a half, while Ed has tons of songs, and hits I doubt he debut that high.

Who knows how much he sold? It's not the 99p anymore, and who knows what numbers the song will do in 4 weeks and what will be out by then. It's really not THAT guaranteed. I think he's obsessed (Not always a bad thing)and he'll do more tricks and maybe at some point get it but you can't be sure.

Not slow at all, in the US in the past 5 hours a lot of songs exploded there (also a new entry at #2) and it keeps updating. BTW no ED or Miley in the top 200 in the US. I think people will be surprised by his (doing very badly WW) or her numbers today (more WW than maybe in the UK). Still #9 BTW and Miley #53 now.

Also no sign of Miley, not here and not in the US. I’m sure all frozen.

I’m sure it’s frozen or whatever, all of his previous songs gained a lot in the past few days, its number 1 in any playlist possible, I'm sure it will updated and it will be way higher than deserved, don’t worry about him.

Both are not great, it’s not like Azizam is a masterpiece compared to Ordinary. I prefer the later one.

I don't think Ed song sounds that big, sorry. I mean, it starts with the chores, the song is 2:40 and basically has nothing else apart from that chores which is... fine? Nothing groundbreaking. I don't see him making those million numbers, not with this one for sure.

I don't hate it, but after the first week I never listed to that again and I don't think I will, that's the problem of that song and that's why it received so poorly. In my opinion.

Said it 2 days before it was released... no one here for that, not even in the US. She wasted the biggest hype of any artist of the last few years on that MID song, it came and went, no one cares and for a good reason. I hope the next one is great.

It is a good song, and her Profile after Wicked is huge, and also we know numbers are low all across the board so everything works :)

What? Eyes Closed is a pure catchy pop song, just people didn't connect with it much but you can't say it doesn't sound very pop... Azizam sounds fine (he preformed it already a few times so we all heard the full song) can be big, can be just a hit. He flopped (let's not argue about that) 2 albums in a row, let's not forget that.

I'm fine with the song, but yes it's very basic. I'm just saying, all those people who complained on a "default" number 1 under 400K or so, so 600K+ and still increasing is nice in general.
