  1. So here another potential bit of gossip: Exclusive: Madonna Leaving Clues About Surprise Single/Video a la Beyonce? by one of the biggest Madonna's haters/bashers, Roger Friedman June 7, 2014 EXCLUSIVE: Here’s a good rumor, with a little substantiation: Madonna may be planning a surprise single and video this month a la Beyonce. She may also be leaving clues out in the open. For one thing, Madge has been working with contemporary producer superstar Avicii (aka Swedish deejay Tim Bergling) on new music. Now comes word that famed photographer Mark Seliger and his video team (Barney Miller and Monica Monique) are casting for a video shoot on Wednesday on New York’s Lower East Side. Seliger/Miller and Monica worked on Avicii’s big hit “Wake Me Up.” Plus the list of characters for the video shoot, for a song called “Stranger,” sounds like typical Madonna: rollerskaters, bodybuilders, breakdancers, a drag queen a la Ru Paul, and a “leather boy” who “must be comfortable without a shirt.” Avicii’s brand of neo-disco, like Daft Punk’s, is in right now. And it sounds like an updated version of Madonna from her heyday. There had been a rustle of activity at the end of May that Madonna had a surprise album called “Rebel Heart” and maybe a single called “Unapologetic.” (“Rebel Heart” was the name of Bebe Buell’s bestselling memoir of life in fashion and rock and roll.) A snippet of instrumental music was teased on Soundcloud via Billboard, too.
  2. Is Madonna's new single going to be called 'STRANGER' ? LOTS OF GOSSIP ON UKMIX - Read and decide what to believe EXCLUSIVE - We know that you are all excited due to all the rumours going around these weeks. We at DrrownedMadonna.com have some important info to share with all Madonna's fans. Madonna's upcoming album is not close to being done yet! She is working hard to record a gorgeous album. Our reliable sources told us that Her Madgesty is not going to follow Beyoncé. Her next album won't be a surprise a la Beyoncé. We are also sad to tell you that the Billboard snippet that we all loved is not Madonna's
  3. Nike Rodgers, Daft Punk, William Orbit and possibly Adele, would be awesome collaborators for a new album. Get on it Madonna x
  4. 'Holiday' is being played regularly plugging ITV's new comedy 'Edge of Heaven' a 80's themed hotel, the hotel has Madonna suite :)
  5. It would be great if Madonna could come up with some crowd pleasing songs again. Collaborations with William Orbit, Daft Punk and some cutting edge electronic dance/pop/rock. No lameness soft pop music but dirty and hard which she can do :) Got to say Gang Bang from MDNA was awesome!!! I'd love to hear some rocking dance guitars and a more achievable live music sounding era. Madonna is a vamp, so why not cash in. Duets with Rhianna and some rock giants would awesome. I think she's got the potential for an incredible come back, particularly if she does some promo for the album prior to a tour.
  6. This era was completely miss judged! The Video was cracking, the song lacked believability. I have to say Madonna looks sexy as hell in this era! She dances amazingly, better than ever. They should have bitten the bullet and released Gang Bang followed by I'm addicted. Gang Bang as inappropriate as it was was the stand out winner, very different and everything a Madonna song should have been. I'm addicted was also very hot. GGW as sad as it is for me to say, was a low point for my ears, sorry folks. I have never said anything like this about Madonna, cause she will always be great in my mind. It's very American to sing about a 'Girl' type theme, but its also dated. Madonna is queen of reinvention, so should have moved on from titles featuring 'Girl', as its predictable. I'm positive that Madoona will get back on track with the Classics, which I hope are around the corner in order to win back the listening ears of the mainstream public. Lets have no more missed opportunities.

I hope it isn't too long! She needs a monster come back hit, which is possible! She should collaborate with Daft Punk, William Orbit and the Swedish House mafia. Love any new music to have a harder edge, guitars and rock dance! Listening to Classics at the Moment. Like a Prayer - Johnathan Peters remix is great.

MDNA's promo is really Odd and Bizarre, not only has there been lack of live performances but also how it's been sent out to retailers. My local superstore 'Morrisions' registers MDNA as a new entry at No. 2 after being out for 2 weeks, this is absoluety absurd and weird. Sorry double negative but I expect the best from Madonna. I think its been an absolute mess in the UK. This just adds to the lack of awareness that Madonna's back. I thought Warners were less than effective, I think Madonna's camp should give her marketing crew a huge kick up the ass! With so many positive reviews about MDNA, some say it's her best Album since 'ROL', it just seems like a missed opportunity. Back to the Album Gang Bang, Falling Free, Masterpiece, I don't give a, turn up the radio and I'm Addicted are great. In fact I'm Addicted is one of the best really reminds me of retro electronic 80's. Promo wise there's nothing like a Tour for promo, I just expected a lot more cause Madonna always brings it when she releases an album.

Still haven't bought my physical copy yet, but I have to say a huge fan as I am, I'm disappointed with the lack of promo to make this a success in the UK. Yes MDNA has gone to No: 1 in the UK, but it must be a bit embarrassing for everyone in her camp as the numbers and lack single airplay has been totally rubbish. Great album but missed opportunity to make the most of it. Marketing appears very different in the UK from the US, promo would have totally nailed it for madonna in the UK. Least the US got a massively viewed superbowl performance. May be the thinking is that the Tour will boost MDNA's profile more.

Does anyone know what UK superstores are stocking MDNA? I went to Morrisons last week and MDNA wasn't on the chart list, and know where to be seen? Katy Perry was Number 1. Its the only store near me where I could get it. What's going on?

Piers is a totally Ass Wipe! He just embarrasses his ego by behaving like a juvenile at the wonderful age of 46. Show a little bit of decorum, you drama queen!

OMFG, just heard the album it's absolutely 'shit' HOT!!!! Madonna, why the hell haven't you done these kind of Bad Ass tracks before, awesome you Rock. I Love 'Gang Bang' the most, it's so different but very current, people who like dance music will end up sampling this. So to all the hypercritical it's her best Album in ages, best thing since ROL!! In fact it's better

I am liking all the snippets, Madonna's absolutely smoking shit hot, it's well kick ass! Listen to it on a decent system crank it up, the tracks sound great! As Madonna said she wants to dance and as a dance fanatic it works, get on Madonna! It puts that Hard Candy tosh to shame :0

Taken from Madonnatribe While we're in British territory, let's spend a couple of words about "Masterpiece". News broke from BBC Radio2 earlier this week that the beautiful Madonna song from the "W.E." soundtrack and the MDNA album was named Record of the Week, which means that UK listeners were able to hear the song every day this week during the Ken Bruce and Alex Lester show, and was also added to the B list across the Heart Network nationwide.
  18. GGW US iTunes #35 After 24hrs :0 To all those being hypercritical about Madonna, to be honest I wish her well, in whatever she does, she's her own person as we all are :) Times change as do people, I'd rather her be current rather than be boring and act 50, her kids keep her young I'm sure. I know plenty people in there 50's who LUV to have fun and can out party people half there age, go Madonna. I'm looking forward to the GGW video. :)

FROM ANOTHER GUY WHO ATTENDED THE LISTENING PARTY: (Note: according to him Lola sings back-up on Superstar) Sergio Kletnoy on MDNA On MDNA First things first: #MDNA is exactly what you think it is, a massive-boombastic-in-your-face-electric-don't-give-a-****-full-of-energy album. #MDNA is Madonna's ****-you to everyone who says she's past her prime, an emotional rollercoaster that takes u 2 the club & back 2 reality. #MDNA is not revolutionary, it's not new but it's now, it's current w/classic Madonna hooks, great & cheesy lyrics & it made me want 2 dance. For me, #MDNA as a full album is better than HardCandy or COTDF, apart from Hung Up of course which is in my top 5...Most of the songs would fit perfectly on the radio, by the way they sound, energy, fun and amazing hooks... The album is pop music at it's best... It has something for everyone, it's classic Madonna, it's current and it's fun. I LOVED it, it's Madonna going back to her roots of real dance music... The flow of the album was like a huge rollercoaster, it went up it went down it made u want to get off & then right b4 it sucked u back in. Deluxe version with the bonus songs is so much better, my 2 fave songs were on the the deluxe... Throughout the entire album I just couldn't help but think that this is the most commercial Madonna album, full of hooks, energy and love. It was a major **** u to everyone who talks shit, It was fun, uptempo, full of energy and Nicki saying Madonna is the Queen. Let's get 1 thing straight, Madonna sounds great, but u r not buying this album 4 vocals, she is having a blast & u can feel it all over. Madonna sounds like she's having a blast, it has something for everyone, I think that every Madonna fan is going to have a diff fave song. U will go nuts when u hear it... Gang Bang[/b], Love Spent, Beautiful Killer, I **** Up, Superstar, I'm a Sinner is MAJOR! The slower songs are: Love Spent, Masterpiece, Falling Free and even I **** Up (even though it has cursing in it). My 3 favorite tracks? 1. Beautiful Killer... 2. Love Spent... 3. I **** Up. The album is so much fun, it's a 9 out of 10, if we could lose 1 or 2 songs, it would be a 10... I think most Madonna fans are going to L.U.V it! If you are a Madonna fan you will LOVE it! It is pretty **** kick ass! It still feels so surreal listening to the album, half of the songs I don't even remember because it all happened so fast... I honestly wish I could have listened to the album all night, it was so damn good, some songs are much better than others... I honestly did not mind vocals on GGW, but compared to the rest of the album they did sound a bit flat... She sounds so alive. Madonna sounds amazing! Gang Bang has so much attitude, it feels like an explosion, an atomic bomb, a massive fight between good and evil...Best part of the night, Madonna's publicist dancing to Gang Bang, the joy in her eyes and face was infectious, it was clearly her fave song. Turn Up The Radio Straight up dance/pop record, it's fun, cheesy and current... It's not my fave but I wouldn't turn it off... Honestly, Give Me All Your Luvin is the only song on the album that sticks out like a sore thumb and @mattrett completely agrees... Lola makes a guest appearance on Superstar, it's adorable, fun, with an amazing hook and I wanted to play it over and over and over again. I'm a Sinner - I remember loving it, but honestly don't remember the details because foolishly I did not write my thoughts down...It was mid tempo but I did not write down my thoughts... I was just trying to listen... Love Spent is a beautiful mid-tempo pop record... It's Miles Away meets Nothing Fails meets Love Profussion, it was pretty & warm.. Falling Free is an ode to 60's, reminded me of Mer Girl, ambient, pretty, hypnotic and trippy. From deluxe edition: 'Beautiful killer' - it's bad-ass, kick-ass & so **** cool. No wonder it's a tribute to Alain Delon AKA France's James Dean. Hands down, my fave song on the album, it had so much energy, so much swagger, coolness and attitude... 10 stars! Only Madonna can make lyrics like I **** Up sound beautiful and melancholy and yet so full of energy and life. ...this is just my opinion, Bday Song was just ok... It did not move me like most of the songs on the album... Honestly, it did not stand out, it was a bit cheesy and if I had it my way, it would be off the album... But it could grow...Didn't love it... It did not stand out to me, the lyrics were a bit childish and if I had it my way it would be the first to go

  25. Girl Gone Wild, heard a couple of versions, I'm liking this, addictive good chorus, more I hear it the more I like, as per most of her songs :) Plenty of non-Madonna fans are liking it. I'm buying it, it'll sound great in the clubs! Looking forward to hearing the Album, I want to hear some of the Williams tracks now.
