Get your point, however Radio 1 (Jo Wiley) played it last Friday during the day and then during a Pete Tong session on Friday night (it was an ace remix), so thought radio would have it rather than preview it without further follow up. Warners seem to have been more on the ball with previous releases. I got the physical release date, but downloads are usually much earlier and clear to see on many sites such as itunes, amazon, 7 ditigal, HMV ect.

I'm confused when is "Celebration" going to have its UK Digitial release? Has it been released to the radio in the UK? When is it phsycially released in the UK? When is the Video due out? I thought it was digitially released last week in the UK? What is going on? Can anybody clear up these points please.

  14. MadonnaTribe has just heard and can report an exciting and thrilling World Exclusive News. "Celebrate", the lead single from Madonna's upcoming Greatest Hits package "Celebration" is set to hit radio waves around the world on July 28th! Following the exciting world exclusive news we reported yesterday here, MadonnaTribe has heard more details about the upcoming Madonna single and greatest hits album. As all our readers know by now, "Celebrate" is set to hit radio waves around the world on July 28th, but those who attended the Sticky & Sweet Tour already managed to hear a glimpse of the lead single from the new Madonna collection titled "Celebration". "Celebrate" can indeed be heard in the show during the "Holiday" number. As reported here first, bits of both the new single and Madonna's oldie "Everybody" are sampled in the song, although fans should not be confused by the vocals introducing the song (Celebration, Celebration) which are those from Holiday and only a hint to "Celebrate" which doesn't feature vocals borrowed from Madonna's 1983 megahit but it's a completely new, kick ass uptempo anthem in pure Madonna style. Speaking of new songs, "Revolver" is now the only second new track to be part of the Greatest Hits package, while "Broken", the other track produced by Paul Oakenfold won't be released. Last but not least, Madonna fans will be happy to know that "Celebration", the hits collection, is a double album!
  15. First Look: New Madonna on the way! New Madonna music is on the way... According to DJ FrankE, who spent some quality time with her in the studio earlier this month working on an electro-pop track that everyone is now identifying as the Madonna rendition of "Revolver". Frank E certainly has a unique approach to the internet and a tongue in cheeck consideration of how the show biz marketing works, but chances are that he's not wrong at all... Here's what he says: "New Madonna on the way! Madonna fans - make sure to keep asking her for it. Maybe she'll put it out sooner".
  16. From MADONNATRIBE : "A cutting-edge sound with an old-school classic feel'' DJ Paul Oakenfold has just returned from a week in the studio with Madonna, where they have been working on new material for her upcoming greatest hits album and shares a few tidbits in his recording label Perfecto mailout: "I was looking for a cutting-edge sound with an old-school classic feel. I think we have achieved that and I think people are going to be really happy with this bunch of songs," Paul says. As you remember Paul is opening for Madonna across Europe on the 2009 leg of her Sticky & Sweet Tour. The new Madonna album, her latest release under Warner Bros. Records, is currently scheduled to hit the stores in September 2009. Exclusive Reports: RaVaughn clears rumours about Revolver net demo The big buzz that has been going on in the "Queendom" since a few days is all about the snippets, that have been leaked onto the internet, of the original demo (not sung by Madonna), of the new song that the Queen Of Pop has recently recorded in the studio and that is titled "Revolver". Our long time friend and forum member Tastyboy had the chance to speak to RaVaughn, the vocalist that has worked as a backing singer for many R&b artists and that has confirmed that it's actually her singing in the demo and not "Shawnna featuring Jackie Boyz", as the leaked snipped has been mislabeled. "I did record the original female demo 'Revolver'", RaVaughn confirmed to our friend Francesco, adding that "The Jackie Boyz" wrote it and asked me to come demo it for them. Los of the Jackie Boys recorded it originally and they wanted a female vocal on it so I went in and did it." Deducing that "Revolver" reached Madonna when DJ Frank E submitted it to her while recently working together in the studio for her Greatest Hits package, the song had been already submitted (and probably turned down) by a few artists: "It was said to be pitched to Katy Perry and Flo-Rida, he was supposed to rap on it", RaVaughn told our friend. Commenting about her demo that leaked onto the internet RaVaughn said: "I didn't even know a lot of people heard the demo. I knew it got leaked, but wasn't aware that so many people were in to it!"

  25. THE LATEST NEWS FROM MADONNATRIBE: The final Madonna album under her Warner Records contract will be out this fall and will include new songs, her longtime publicist told People magazine. "Madonna does have plans to go into the studio to record a few new songs for this album," Liz Rosenberg is quoted by the online website of People as saying. 'We're hoping to have a greatest hits package come out in September. We're all very excited about it." The new Greatest Hits, which follows "The Immaculate Collection", the ballad compilation "Something to Remember" and "GHV2", will be Madonna's last release with Warner Bros, the label with whom the Queen of Pop sold more than 200 million albums in a 27-year relationship before signing her new deal with Live Nation.
