  8. #10 accordxing to the music week sales thread. Either way, it's a tremendous achievement that is not recognised. Until next year at least....

It's the same as 'My Humps' and 'Hollaback Girl'. There's not a lot holding it together but it still charms me.

With my boyfriend! Fantasy Clue: it's not Mariah who says it I got a motherf***ing heater ready to blaze somebody

I think the record was to do with global sales. No-one here would pretend that Mariah has outsold Madonna in the UK - Madonna is I think the fifth best-selling singles artist ever in the UK and Immaculate Collection and True Blue sold over 4 and 2 million copies. The UK is not Mariah's biggest market. That said, this whole thread has got tiresome. So I'm locking it.

I haven't bought very many new albums this year so that's why my chart is so full of greatest hits album (which have at least heard all the songs from) 1 Pink 'I'm Not Dead' 2 Lily Allen 'Alright, Still' 3 Oasis 'Stop The Clocks' 4 Arctic Monkeys 'Whatever People Say I Am...' 5 Leann Rimes 'Whatever We Wanna' 6 Girls Aloud 'The Sound Of' 7 Sugababes 'Overloaded' 8 U2 'U218' 9 Mary J Blige 'Reflections: A Journey' 10 Shakira 'Oral Fixation Vol 2'

I said in the RTV forum that I preferred Ray to Ben and then someone said anything who thinks that must have only a single brain cell. How I love this site and its tolerant, kind nature. Ray was alright last night. For me, both him and Ben have had one great performance each: 'Waterloo' and 'Your Song'. So for me, there were tied in my affections before the start of last night's show. Then Ray walked it.
  22. Is 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' a favourite of yours? If so, vote for it in ThisIsPop's game. The link is here: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=24781 Mariah was only my #2. Shocking, I know.

^ I think the arrangement owed a lot more to Eva Cassidy's cover than any of the big divas. I didn't rate Leona much this week.
