I like Jamelia's music but I do wish she'd shut up sometimes. It's not like her album has been a huge seller - and 'Downtown' may end up a few places higher than 'Dog' on this sunday's chart as it is - so I don't think she should be making digs about anyone. You'd think Jamelia would be a bit more humble. She had a few flops herself ('Boy Next Door', 'Bout'). I'm glad she didn't but she could very easily have been dropped and never released 'Superstar' and then wouldn't be in a position where she can be mean.

The normal billboard awards were this week. Mariah did not win - I'm not sure if she was even nominated. May J. Blige won nine awards.
