I've worked at a couple of local papers over the years. When I lived in Cork, this paper printed pictures of all the MPs that had just elected. Then accidentally printed a picture of a man who'd been deposed after 30 years. It did not go down well. This other time, the editors got two bald guys mixed up and put this man's photo in to match an article about someone 40 years older. Ouch.
