Im gonna jump in here and defend the twins. I actually think they sing well and should be given a chance....why so much hate! Im sad that EOS didnt make it, they seem a great bunch and you could see the dissappoitment but thats the way it happens. Mark is decent but I didnt really dig Jades singing TBH. Just goes to show what a subjective thing music is :) By the way Im totally not a fan of chart music but I really liked Alesha's song Breathe Slow. She gave a great performance!

The vocal is very weak and whats even worse are the terrible backing singers that begin their wailing at 1:34...YIKES! But yes...a good song nevertheless...she sounded way better on the final.

The green room presenters should be sent to the south pole, be made to harvest penguin poop for a year & live in an ice cave. As for the main presenters the woman was horrible with a grating voice and poor one-liners. The dude was not too bad actually and I think if he had been the only one it would have been much nicer. The postcards should have shown Serbian life more instead of just different ways of presenting the next entrant.

Yea I know what you mean. Im listening to the album now and not suprisingly the songs that didnt make the finals and those that didnt win are the best ones in my opinion! Just bump the Slovenia & Swedish songs on your sound system..dare you not to dance :P How could one of those NOT win!!...they are both so infectiously EURO :) Swedish news site writeup on Charlotte Perrelli in Eurovision 2008. Im utterly shocked :blink: What a dreadful song won. Sweden, Norway....such good songs. Destroyed by the rubbish political voting. I totally dont blame Terry Wogan for wanting to throw in the towel. While its great fun to watch this competion and the talent from around Europe the voting really REALLY has GOT to be sorted out :angry: Charlotte you rule :cheer:

Hello all, first post on here, buzzin Eurovision forum..woot :) I am UTTERLY shocked that Slovenia & Andorra did not get through :cry: Such brilliant Eurodance songs....pure cheese with no preservatives and no additives. How could they NOT make the final??????? They may not have made it but their songs will live on with the Euro fans. Rebeka & Gisela - you ROCK :cheer: The final just wont be the hands-in-the-air Eurofest without you.
