We heard about this almost a year ago. They only signed their contract last week

They have but it's a 50/50 contract and everything is Mcfly's own ideas

Tom said they wanted this album to be different and that they want to keep up with how music has changed. Their 2nd single is supose to be a ballad called 'shine on the light' and according to afew music critics the song is brilliant the whole Album has a few sounds not just the Dance/Urban sound you hear on Party Girl It seems as if they are doing everything right this time but from what I hear the album will not be out in shops and will not be make a normal release so whether it's free or out on downloads only i don't know but Tom from the band said 'The album release will be groundbraking'

There is some normal Mcfly tracks on the album(only they are more mature and a bit more rocky) i did post some demos on here somewhere

I think they will sell more downloads this time then ever before and im not sure about going to number1 but it will do well

I think the album is going to have a mixed sound I've heard a few songs(which sadly has been taken away) Foolish(Soul song/love song with Brilliant lyrics) Hotel on a hill(Piano song sim to she falls a sleep) Dragon ball (pop/rock) Sunny side of the street (pop/dance) Here comes the strom (pop/rock/dance sound and quite like party girl) The whole album is written by Mcfly also

Rumor is that this Album will not get a normal release whether that means it's free with the paper or just on download i don't know

The feedback from the song has been amazing allready i bet the guys are happy. Word is the album will NEVER get s full release I heard a clip of 'Hotel on a hill' which is classic Mcfly but better it's just Tom at the piano(as far as i could gather) Foolish was another Classic Mcfly track but really catchy and mature Dragon ball was also classic Mcfly but more rocky

yeah sorry i did the first play was going to be Radio1 at 5:30pm but the Guys are letting Alex and Lucy from Indemand get the first play at 7:20pm

Reviews in the Sun and star say Mcfly's New sound is RNB/Dance and there will be some Pop/Rock tracks also. Right ok Mcfly had a big day today with their first media press meeting for the new Songs. (There will be an Album review in the sun and daily star tommorow) 'Party Girl' is due to be played this week sometime according to Tom on twitter today.
