  1. Could you come across anymore insulting ? Never heard anything so stupid, most kylie fans are probably 30-50 which would incorporate me who was a kid in the late 80s and the teens fans who were fans in the 2000s
  2. Not at all, never understood it’s appeal
  3. 8 ? I still have her at 3 if you add all 3 versions.
  4. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ the video so much
  5. Video clip - https://twitter.com/dan2die4/status/1309067405121986563?s=21
  6. When it started I was “meh” but really got into it by the end. Had it on repeat since 8 and I ❤️ it I really want roller skating in the video 😂
  7. They do know, we all know. Kylie had to have a tv performance on the UK biggest tv show, physicals, streaming and iTunes just to barely scrape the top 40. Anyway, I’m gonna leave it there because I’ll be just be repeating myself. If fans want to keep chasing that 1 week top 40 radio play then so be it, enjoy 😂. I hope it happens, I genuinely do, I’m just a realist 😂
  8. Single “success” doesn’t matter when they know it won’t happen, single promotion to promote an upcoming album release does, single are only used to promote albums, especially for an act like Kylie.
  9. BMG clearly don’t agree
  10. Casual fans who hear the second single who weren’t keen on say something
  11. I just don’t get the interest in something the label obviously don’t seem to care about but the fans obsess over every release and get disappointed every time and it just repeats every release.
  12. It’s not weird though, other acts do it, Steps literally did it a couple weeks ago. It’s clearly just to get it out there and promote the album pre sales etc, it also generates press regarding high iTunes even though iTunes is irreverent these days.
  13. A still from the video? It is, ❤️ it
  14. I would rather she didn’t chart at something like 62, it looks worse, at least if it doesn’t chart then it won’t be on the official charts website to show it did terrible haha And it’s not lost streams, it’s still counted on Spotify and still in their algorithm
  15. Who cares if its a Thursday or a Tuesday, the obsession with singles charts is beyond me, its obviously not a concern for them so its irrelevant when things are released, its about the album presale and sales in general. Kylie had to have a tv performance on the UK biggest tv show, physicals, streaming and iTunes just to barely scrape the top 40

  17. Other than Body Language, Kylie for me has never made a bad album, it’s just a meh album. It’s has some great songs but also a lot of meh average moments
  18. Exactly and they clearly don’t want to. I meant it will plummet from its first weeks position. Dancing only got top 40 because they threw physicals, steaming, prime time slot and iTunes at it, just for 1 singular week. I would rather they spread it out and concentrated on the album. 1 singular play on radio doesn’t bother me, I’m all about album success. Fans need to accept that top 40 singles are obviously not their goal.
  19. I assume it’s for the music articles that would discuss that song only for one day, all press is good press I assume 😂
  20. But who cares if it’s higher in the first week, getting 42 in the first week or 78 in the first week makes no difference. Yeah ok so top 40 looks ok I suppose but that’s only when it’s streaming, iTunes and physical all within the same week and then it plummets. It’s all about the album. Fans are just going to keep being disappointed with every single release
  21. No reason other that higher exposure and doesn’t get lost in rush or new releases
  22. I get what you’re saying but I just don’t think it’s a priority at all, It’s all just to promote the album, if they really wanted to push for a high position they would release on a Friday but they chose not too.
  23. But the remixes aren’t for sales, it’s all just for prolonged album exposure and do fans really care if it’s low top 75 ? Really ? I would rather it didn’t chart than show permanently are a low position. 41 or 73, it’s still all shit and pointless 😂
  24. We need to stop banging on about a singles chart positions, it’s pretty obvious that due to the Thursday releases that they are all about getting that full day exposure and not chasing something they know they won’t get. This is going to be the way forward, get used to it, kylies career is going to be about albums and tours. Singles are just used to promote albums, that’s it. Single positions are irrelevant, once people start accepting this the better. Deal wit it 😂
