Dr. Anna Kushnir is writing this letter to technology magazine Wired, in order to express her surprise about female professors in universities outnumbered by men. She is also sharing her experience that they were 7 women and 1 man in the academy during the courses; however number of professors in the academy is suddenly 48 to 7 women. Why do these women go? Why won’t they become professors? Favorite comment of the macho scientists – “well, women are not meant to be scientists” – which is definitely out of any discussion. I think it is not a trend out of the movie ''Juno'' because in the movie the girl doesn't want her baby, looking for a family that can adopt her baby. I will have to agree though, it is not normal for a 16 year old girl to think that having a baby would be - cool, meaningful, independence gate etc. I think those girls don't have anything better to do/ any other ambitions..it is sad. Instead they should try to create more activities for those kids. When I was 16, all I wanted to do is travel around Europe with my friends, and that's what I did. It is unbelievable why people think it's ok for a 16 year old girl to want to have a baby.

I know from a friend from Dubai that boys are being educated to work abroad in early ages so they can send money to their families / that's how they get wealthier... so even if there won't be enough indian girls, they will find someone to marry in abroad... which is quiet popular among them -_- Actualy this indian guy speaks english perfectly / lives in Prague / and is married to a Polish friend of mine.

It is too dangerous to go around with a bike, the traffic is too aggressive. It is like fast and furious scene everyday out there. Then he wouldn't talk about cycling lessons :D I am taking driving lessons and I have to drive aggressive to be able to deal in this traffic :)) Though, good for Bristol ...

You are right. They do make it sound unattractive even to women... However, some feminist points are a little bit too much that's why I didn't want to sound like one. Women are great but Men are human too, even though they were the reason to seclude women and block their ways to improve themselves ( talking about early ages - when Mozart, Beethoven were improving)

I can count numerous female artists with that same quality, however no one entitles them as " musical genius' ". I think the main reason for this must be the fact that people tend to pay too much attention to how female artists look and criticize their every step, pay too much attention to their personal life than they do to male artists - I think this is the exact reason and it is called lack of respect. I hate to sound like a feminist here but this is the truth. And this is not only in entertainment sphere.
