  1. It's one of their biggest sellers though, and is literally on the verge of being their 3rd million seller.

Yeah I'm really enjoying it. Think we're 6 episodes in. Maybe 5. We just saw a pretty massive twist and the actual exorcism is in full swing. It's very good.
  3. Flopstination? What even? Some of these posts are embarrassing.
  4. Not the least bit surprised at the winner, and it's not as if it wasn't deserved really. However, can we just stop to worship Katya's performance of the track for a moment? What a SUPERSTAR. My god, she scalped me. I loved the other queens absolutely gagging during her rehearsal too. They knew they were getting their asses handed to them.
  5. 100% accurate. I've been baffled at some of Katya's criticism.
  6. I've been behind Alaska this whole season, but that behaviour was appalling. It's also a disgrace that Alyssa has been sent packing twice, while Roxxy is saved by her besties every week. She deserved top 3. As much as I think Alaska is incredible when she's not acting like an utter brat, I'm absolutely here for a Katya win now. However, it'll never happen. Alaska has been slaying this season and there's no way they could justify anyone else winning when she's already won so many individual weeks.
  7. And we have our first trailer! Q-C4qqsgs8w It's definitely going for the dark and gritty approach. From what we see of Rita, and the fact she's claiming to have killed rangers before, there's definitely no shades of the over the top original character in her. No sign of Zordon, Alpha, the zords, the suits in action or any actual fighting, so they're definitely saving the good stuff.
  8. Non-disclosure agreements. They can't talk about it.

I'm shocked this made only $9 million at the weekend. I didn't expect it to be a blockbuster but I genuinely thought the hype would get it to $20 million at least. There have been some pretty ropey horror movies that have opened much, much higher than this.
  10. Ive never appreciated Alyssa before, but I've been LIVING for her this season. So so so funny.
  11. This season is going to be a trifecta of amazingness between Sarah, Angela and Kathy isn't it? I'm here for this 100%.

I think it's too close to call. She's looking at 15-20 at the moment but if her sales fall away any faster she'll fall short.
  13. I thought Ginger was easily one of the 3 most entertaining in the main challenge so it's a mystery that her and Katya ended up in the bottom. Roxxy should have been there, no doubt. Roxxy just isn't doing anything for me at all, same with Detox. This is still Alaska's to lose in my eyes.

So I don't know how this compares to new releases from other artists, but Gaga has racked up 529k streams on Spotify so far today (obviously worldwide). Given that it's technically still morning in the US that number could improve quite a bit. Pity there's no way to know how many are from the UK, but that number's pretty decent, no? We had no way of knowing how she was going to do on streaming, but this seems hopeful.

I love it because it's not quite perfect. It's right on the verge, where the track and the vocals sound like they're very possibly in different keys. But it's immense and epic and she can do whatever she likes and it tells you right there that this song is about to go IN.
  16. Mess. God forbid an artist would want to market and promote their material. Does that logic apply to everyone who has banners on the streaming/download sites, i.e every major artist IN THE WORLD?
  17. Absolutely living for this season so far. There's something about Alaska though - she just has it. She's such a commanding presence that it's almost like she's the pro teaching the amateurs. Her look for judging this week was KILLER. Katya is also fantastic though. Amazingly funny and so creative.
  18. See, I feel differently. These movies are so character driven that the relationships between them are just as important as any of the action sequences. They're the beating heart of the movies. The performances and the connection between the actors and the characters are much of what made the movies so fantastic for me. There are a hundred other throwaway action movies to watch if you're not fussed for real character development but I never got the impression they set out to make these movies all about the action. Even in the documentaries on the blu-rays, they talk so passionately about the cast and how well written the original characters were. I'd agree that Mockngjay Part 1 was the slowest moving movie of the 4, but it's still a gorgeous piece of moviemaking. I get completely taken away by the performances that I don't feel like I miss big action scenes in that movie. Part 2, on the other hand, was full on and intense. There were some amazing sequences in there, visually and emotionally. Overall, the first 2 are still my favourites (Catching Fire is a masterpiece) but there's really not much separating them all for me.
  19. I feel like we watched different movies. No activity? There were some great action sequences in there? Not sure I understand why actors looking at each other is a bad thing  .

Yes, the amazing Flatline - The Supremes?

It's 30 seconds of her demo for Shine A Little Light, the song she co-wrote and submitted to be the UK's Eurovision entry this year: https://twitter.com/chasethathigh/status/758060726963625984 It's nice. I really liked the song.

Wait no more. Renewed for a 12 episode fifth season to premiere in 2017.
  24. Can see Adele dominating iTunes fairly soon. What a fantastic set. She's a natural headliner. The crowd were eating out of the palm of her hand. I'm almost completely over the song, just because it was played to death, but Someone Like You was absolutely iconic and the perfect closer. She's already 1, 10 and 13 on the albums chart with 25, 21 and 19 respectively. I'd expect Send My Love to get to number 2 fairly soon.
  25. Surprised but pleased that Adele is doing so well with this song. I didn't expect this to much more than than top 20 for a couple of weeks, but it's setting up for a healthy top 10 place now.
