  1. That's deliberate. They revealed in an interview that the suits are alien tech and grow on the body. They're not man made. I like them a lot. My only issue is (and it's more of annoyance at not being able to spoil it for myself) is that it's impossible to determine the animal each suit is for from the helmets. The original helmets were pretty clear in defining the triceratops, mastadon etc but these helmets all look fairly similar and non-specific. Have they revealed anywhere whether or not they're using the original dinosaurs or whether they're going in a completely new direction? There are definite similarities to other movies in those suits though. The red ranger looks like an Iron Man invention and the black ranger looks like Robocop from the 2014 remake. I don't mind that though - the black ranger actually looks amazing in that photo. So excited for this. I cannot wait for our first look at the zords.
  2. Seems like the UK rehearsal went down well. The vocals sounded excellent. Even though we'll clearly end up near the bottom, the boys will at least perform it well and the song's miles from being anywhere near bottom of the pack. Little clip of the end of the song: https://twitter.com/chris_maccc/status/728892205759401984
  3. Yes to these two :yahoo:
  4. Holy hell. If she performed that version the arena would explode, leaving behind a rainbow of snatched wigs. Meanwhile, she served vocals in the 1st live performance: p1IKi_c-rjM
  5. It's Drake's mammoth streaming that'll keep him at number 1. Sia's now over 80% on iTunes and is steadily climbing, so I wouldn't be surprised if she was number 1 on sales this week.
  6. It makes me a little sad that so many people don't know "The Sound of Silence" is a cover. It's a biased view as I love it so much but I feel like it's a song that everyone should know, and nobody else should get all the credit for  I don't dislike the Disturbed version though. It's not bad and I'll probably like it more the more I hear it. But the original is near perfect. This performance of it from 2009 (45 years after they recorded it!!!) is EVERYTHING. L-JQ1q-13Ek
  7. A massive :w00t: :cheer: :yahoo: at this.
  8. Wouldn't be surprised to see Rolling In The Deep make an appearance soon. Kevin Simm just performed it on The Voice and it was pretty spectacular. It's one of the only times I've heard someone cover Adele and actually a) sing it well and b) actually add something worthwhile. It was great.
  9. Sia around 89% when combined now isn't she? Amazing how much of a grower this one has been. It's not the song I'd have thought would have given her such a big hit, but I'm glad it has. If she performed this just once in the UK she'd be getting a number 1.
  10. Holy hell this is shockingly incredible. That chorus, from the thunder and lightning line, is life affirmingly euphoric. This could 100% win, but it depends on what's happening on stage. The part with the male dancers was my least favourite bit in the video. It's corny and cheapens the whole thing so I'd be disappointed if he does that. This needs some visuals like the video to really make an impact. What a song though. Oh and the opening scene with him topless in bed - yes. Just yes.
  11. Obsessed with this. It's fantastically epic and could be a real moment live.
  12. Wouldn't be surprised to see Birdy - Wings climbing tonight as Kevin Simm is singing it on The Voice. He's the most watched contestant from this year on Youtube (rightly so).

Great season. Robin and Kevin are an extraordinary force on screen. I went through so many emotions with each character and shifted from loving them to despising them, like Kathy. Doug is awful too. Love the new additions, particularly Neve. and Ellen Burstyn remains an absolute icon.
  14. YES! Jen looked stunning
  15. I'm finding it a bit odd that the version of When We Were Young that's comfortably inside the top 5 is decreasing really quickly, but the less visible 2nd version is still getting dark green updates. I really wish they had deleted one version.
  16. Or mine! :o I just watched it again for the first time in about 10 years after seeing those gifs up there. Amazing stuff. Victoria was incredible obviously.

That wouldn't have been difficult, considering there's not a single one  It's bad enough that there's only one song from Echo, when that album is literally packed full of amazing tracks, but to ignore Glassheart altogether in favour of those rubbish covers is just silly.

Yes, it's 7th from the bottom on that setlist. It was done as a medley with one of the 2 Sam Smith covers. I honestly don't know what the hell she was thinking as far as that goes. One is bad enough, but 2? The covers were so lazy, and totally unnecessary. She's been peddling them around at various shows, so we've all heard them already. With all the songs she chose not to include, it really grinds my gears that she put those songs on the list instead. She has at least 10 other singles/album tracks that the fans would have went crazy for.

Fancy seeing you here  (I'm ~Paul~ on PJ). Was just about to copy over the setlist, so I'll just leave this here instead - https://twitter.com/MichaelDaniels_/status/...533442769600512 From what I can gather, this would have been far and away the highlight of a pretty lackluster concert. Why she didn't perform Ave Maria during the CWL promo I will never know. Her voice has sounded pretty ropey at times over the last year, but it sounds strong and gorgeous here. This part of her range is obviously where she sits most comfortably now.
  20. Atomic Kitten had some blinding singles. You Are is ridiculously low here though. That's easily in their top 3. What a song. Someone Like Me is such a basic song but I've always liked it. Gorgeous melody.

Episode 5 was poor and served no purpose. I had a major case of the cringe during the 'shrooms' scenes :nono:
  22. Voted for The Lion King. Aladdin is utterly perfect.
  23. The release of Deadpool.
  24. Adele at 27 on Spotify now and top 20 on iTunes when her 2 versions are combined. Setting herself up for a big climb after the big performances that are coming up. She shouldn't have much trouble soaring to number 1.

I'm disappointed it's ending but understand why. It's still one of my absolute favourite shows ever. I'll really miss it.
