  1. I’ve been meaning to post about their YouTube views for a while to say that ‘Viva Forever’ will overtake SYBT in the next few months (March 2026) to become the 2nd most viewed music video behind Wannabe. The video was originally behind 2B1 by 10 million views and eventually caught up and now has well over 11 million more views than 2B1 currently. Although SYBT is at 94m it won’t reach 100m until May 2027. I am glad Viva Forever is getting recognition. It would be nice if it got the same on Spotify.
  2. ‘Love Thing’ Live at Wembley Stadium has reached 1 million views on YouTube. It’s the 6th live performance to reach over a million. Live at Wembley
  3. What doesn’t help is the time they were put on sale :(
  4. ‘Mayhem’ is also number 1 in Canada, Czech Republic and Slovakia. No.1 album in 15 countries altogether 😊
  5. Haven't had chance to post recently but I am loving the attention this song is getting and I hope it bodes well for the album. On the first listen I preferred 'Disease', but I can see why this is more GP friendly. I wish this week hadn't coincided with the Superbowl as it would be higher on the singles charts and on Spotify however #3 is a great peak.
  6. 112.5m Spotify listeners today :cheer:
  7. Yesterday (Nov 1st) saw the 25th anniversary of the release of two solo spice singles and a chart battle between Geri's 'Lift Me Up' and Emma's 'What I Am' Lift Me Up Peak: 1 First week sales: 140,000 Total UK sales: 346,000 What I Am Peak: 2 First week sales: 106,300 Total UK sales: 234,000 I remember everyone talking about Emma's song more as it was her first solo song and music video and I already had Geri's album so I remember being excited to have a single by Emma. What are your memories?
  8. Next thing is for Emma's team to sort out her YouTube channel
  9. It's a shame the physical CDs weren't available at the same time as the release week on streaming. I think it's a good album, but it's a side project and not a proper Gaga album, but I wish Happy Mistake was on the new album.
  10. 'Maybe' has moved from 5th to Emma's 3rd most popular track on Spotify and the single 'Free Me' has appeared in the Top 10 :D :cheer:
  11. I loved it on the first listen, I've downloaded a copy on iTunes and I've listened non stop all weekend on Spotify. I really hope we get the video soon.
  12. Wannabe has been certified Platinum in Spain for sales of 60,000. :cheer: I am assuming it's streaming sales as well. Awards certification
  13. The team behind Jesy hyped up her music way too much before it was even released and I think they've done the same with Perrie and her forthcoming album. I have found Forget About Us and her music quite lacklustre which is a shame as she has a great voice. The only member I would look forward to is Jade if she does release anything. As for the solo Spice Girls, four of them scored No.1 hits and I don't think Look At Me, Mi Chico Latino, It's Raining Men, I Turn To You, Never Be The Same Again or What Took You So Long are forgettable pop hits at all :)
  14. Melanie is doing Pacha again, has she done it already this year?
  15. I remember getting the album in June 1999. Always reminds of that summer. Mi Chico Latino was always my favourite and of course Look At Me. Although we got no group music from them even if all five were still together it was still an exciting year.
  16. I noticed this week how much the VF lyric video has increased its YouTube views. When it was around the 800k mark the Stop video was well over a million. VF lyric video now stands at 1.570 million views and is now 35k views ahead of Stop.
  17. Ironically I saw a post on Instagram and it was also shared by Simon Ellis - it was the Westlife tour which is taking place in China and has only three members performing and they are using the band name. Technically could Mel B, Emma and Melanie C use the name ‘Spice Girls’. I’ve totally accepted Victoria will never join for a full on tour, be it the UK or worldwide, but for me it has to be at least four of them. Even if the three of them made music or performed of course I would support it.
  18. SYBT is now the 2nd most popular song on Spotify
  19. SYBT has replaced SUYL and is now the group’s 3rd most popular track on Spotify
  20. A majority of countries around the world are celebrating Mother’s Day today Mama - Worldwide iTunes #48 Australia #71 Philippines #72 Finland #106 Malaysia #171 South Africa #178 India #198 Germany
  21. I bought the first two albums the day of release but even when DL1 came out I was buying the album casually but was a fan of the singles. FN will probably be her signature album for me. I think I was slightly underwhelmed with this third album as I love Houdini and I actually prefer Illusion now over Training Season. The only tracks I’m not connecting with is French Exit and Anything for Love. As for my favourites, album track wise, I’m loving End of an Era and Happy For You. Maria was also a pleasant surprise.
  22. SUYL has dropped down to No.3 on Spotify and Stop had moved back to No.2 on the SG’s most popular tracks
  23. Ultimately for a tour to work we always need 4 at least
  24. Mama iTunes: #30 United Kingdom #37 Spain #41 United Kingdom
  25. Spice Girls Instagram page has reached 1.7 million followers. I wish Mel B had TikTok. The latest post has had nearly 10m views. Imagine the follows she would have had if she’d been tagged.
