  1. This will be delayed I’m sure
  2. Fav - Never Be The Same Again (definitely my fav solo song) Least Fav - Lift Me Up (Never been a fan of that song)
  3. Drury Lane theatre is in the heart of the west end in Covent Garden. I’ve seen M People there, it’s a great venue. It’s intimate but obviously anyone will be nearer than say at the back of the Royal Albert Hall
  4. GH is at 41 on UK iTunes was as high as 34 today.

  7. I think the download/digital era would have been amazing for the group but I still think they shifted an incredible amount of copies between 97-99 (approx 17m including albums)
  8. Yes me too. I think considering they didn’t get much radio support in 1998 400k in 2 months is great. I hope that with sales for the rest of 98, downloads and streams it would definitely be over 500k
  9. Thank you, Jay as always :)
  10. A lot of Music Week issues have been added to a website with older issues of music magazines. I have been looking through a lot of issues from 1996-1998 and came across an article from Aug 1998. 'Stop' was released in the U.S. in June 1998 and by August had sold 400,000 copies. Finally a figure. I would love to know its total by the end of 1998 and its complete total now. Other updates from August 1998 Viva Forever - 350,000 sales in Germany (Cert Gold for 250k that year) One Hour of Girl Power - 800,000 sales in the UK
  11. Spice Up Your Life has reached 95 million streams on Spotify. It reached 90m on June 8th, exactly 11 and a half weeks ago. If we say 12 weeks max it should actually get to 100m by mid November. :cheer:
  12. Thank you for the update, Jay. It's nice that Viva Forever is a little higher. I don't think it's ever been this high as you say. Amazing if it made it into their Top 5 on Spotify one day. Very happy that SYBT is finally over 100m. SUYL should get there by December so that'll be the top 5 all over 100 m :D
  13. Yes very happy. SUYL is next. It should get there by December. I mean really all their songs should be over 100m and songs like Stop, 2 Become 1 and SYBT should be 200m at least :)
  14. ‘Say You’ll Be There’ has reached 100 million streams on Spotify :cheer: @1563620337992011776
  15. 'Viva Forever' has overtaken 'Who Do You Think You Are' and is now the group's 6th most popular track on Spotify
  16. A little off topic but I wondered if other music sites like music magpie were legit cd stores or are they just second hand copy sites? Thank you
  17. Love the pics of the book that we’ve got and looking forward to getting my copy and reading it :D
  18. Are remixes also counted as sales? I downloaded the 2007 remix on iTunes today, which I love
  19. Spice Girls now up to 9.71 million monthly Spotify listeners. I think the highest they’ve ever reached was either 9.8 or 9.9. Would be great if it crossed 10 million this year
  20. Spotify update :cheer: Up 250k listeners in the past week 94 million streams for SUYL (Will reach 100m by Dec) unless the anniversary gets it there quicker 99 million streams for SYBT (Will reach 100m in a few weeks) Never Give Up On The Good Times recently crossed 10 million streams, making it the first album track to do so.
  21. SG Spotify listeners are up another 38k today. So over the past 7-10 days it has risen by 190-200k :yahoo: Fingers crossed it keeps rising as we get to more anniversaries.
  22. Spice Girls monthly listeners on Spotify was 9.38 about a week ago and it’s now on 9.53 million 👏 I’ve also been keeping an eye on SYBT. Estimated it would get to 100m by September. It reached 99m today and does approximately 1.5 million a month so it won’t be long.
  23. 'Wannabe' has reached 760m streams on Spotify. It reached 700m during the second week of March 2022, which means it's been streamed 60 million times in just 5 months :cheer:
  24. Thank you, Jay for the update
  25. Spiceworld has reached 20 million streams on YouTube music. I think it’s just over 330 million on Spotify with the four singles and album tracks, which Jay updated and posted back in May. Let’s hope the anniversary gives it a boost
