Spotify listeners up again by 156k today, that's just under 552k in 2 days. Today is the first time they've reached 13 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Spice was at 7,998,000 in November 2020 and the Nov 2023 update gives it an increase of 424,000, which is an average of 140k per year.

Thank you, Jay. I wonder what it does in the UK on an average day. I logged into Spotify - also made the top 200 in France, Hungary, Germany, Norway and Australia. Ironically ‘Wannabe’ was streamed more times in Germany and France then the UK.

Some people posted a day early but now officially over 1 billion. First British girl group song to cross 1 billion streams 2nd most streamed girl group song behind Fifth Harmony’s ‘Work From Home’. ‘Christmas Wrapping’ has crossed 10 million streams on Spotify 🥳

It’s a shame we didn’t get a Goodbye anniversary article on the OCC page along with a sales update.

27, 26 and 25 years ago the Spice Girls released their hat trick of Christmas number ones :)

Goodbye has replaced Mama and is now the 10th most popular track on Spotify. I think this is the first time Goodbye, Too Much, 2 Become 1 and Christmas Wrapping have all been in the Top 10 together.

Christmas Wrapping was streamed over 115,000 times on Friday and has reached over 8 million streams on Spotify.

iTunes UK #90 - Greatest Hits Deezer #95 - Goodbye #96 - Too Much #99 - 2 Become 1

After a few months at No.2 SUYL has moved back down to 3 and has been replaced by Stop on Spotify
